STUNNING COACH HOUSE 10 MINUTE BATH, SLEEPS 8, OPEN FIRE & TABLE TENNIS

Stunning open plan contemporary 3 bedroom self catering coach house on 3 floors, set in beautiful grounds and views next to a lovely old victorian house also available for rental, view Berkeley House details for more information.

It has large glass coach house doors bringing in lots of light to a lovely modern white gloss open plan kitchen with beautiful granite surfaces, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Microwave, Neff Steam Oven and large Neff induction hob. A dining area seating 8 people. Lounge area with beautiful Jetmaster Bath Stone fireplace, Smart TV. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, pocket sprung mattress. All bedding is The White Company goose down. 2nd Bedroom has Kingsize bed with pocket sprung mattress. Upstairs in the attic bedroom are 2 single beds and Kingsize bed. Ideal kiddies den.

WIFI works throughout the entire property and Smart TV .

Stunning views over Limpley Stoke Valley which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. 5 minutes walk to cycle path and canal. Narrow boats and bikes can be hired from Dundas. There is the River Avon 2 minutes walk with fishing facilities on both river and canal. Also 5 minutes walk to The Hop Pole pub, 10 minutes drive to Bath one way and 10 minutes drive to Bradford on Avon the other. This property is also 2 minutes walk to bus stop which goes to Bath. The coach house is set next to a lovely victorian house called Berkeley House which is also available to rent. There are two outside areas to sit and relax, a patio area outside at the back overlooking a wooded area, with patio table and chairs, and a large grass area up some steps with great views. Area at top not suitable for small children although lower area garden is fenced. Outside there is also a Kettle BBQ, or a 3 burner gas BBQ. Table Tennis Table is provided and is great fun. We also have some outside toys for children stored in a shed which can be put out if requested before your stay. There are stunning views from the property and gardens. Parking for 3 cars.

Nor do accept Portable Hot Tubs,or Guests which want to bring Bands with them which would be clearly annoying to the Locals and Me if we staying in Berkeley House -sorry please do not waste your time in enquiring.

Lovely Location

The coach house is located in a quiet spot with beautiful views of the valley. Although we were here for work, I would recommend it for a holiday getaway for groups of friends or family. It's kitted out to a high standard with everything you could possibly need (and more) and there are really thoughtful and lovely touches, including two fabulous outdoor spaces.

Beautiful house and well equipped. We were made welcome by Paul and Jackie who were very helpful, letting us know about local facilities and places to go and see. Lovely terrace at the back and walk up from the terrace to get a terrific view of Limpley Stoke valley. Lots of birds and butterflies. Nearby access to the Kennet and Avon canal which has a well maintained footpath. Had a lovely realaxing time. Highly recommended

Excellent house and location

We stayed in the Coach house as a group of six adults for a week in May 2018. The information relating to the house and area provided by Paul in advance of our stay was excellent and useful. The property itself exceeded our expectations. The quality of the fittings and equipment in the house were exceptional. The gardens and grounds are beautiful. The outdoor secluded seating area off the first floor of the house was very private and we used this every day. The house is ideally located for Bath and nearby there are a number of beautiful pubs and restaurants. This is a five star property and location ideal for families or groups of friends. Thanks to Paul and family.

We were 6 people staying for 5 nights at The Coach House. The place is very gracious and well set up, including loads of wonderful games and a beautiful kitchen. Location takes a little getting used to (we hadn't realized it was a 10 min drive to Bath, where parking is an issue). But once we'd figured out the route, we loved Lower Stoke as a base for visiting Bath, the Cotswolds and going for a beautiful stroll along the Avon canal to Bradford on Avon. A definite highlight! Paul was very responsive to the few questions we had. Only potential issue is that if there are a lot of folks staying at the main house next door, it can get a little noisy at night/parking can get a bit crowded. Fortunately we didn't encounter any significant issues. Thanks for a very memorable stay!

We had a lovely mid week break at Berkeley Coach House in beautiful surroundings

We were celebrating a special birthday with our family and we all had a great time. It was like home from home and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. The children enjoyed playing with the toys and sleeping up in the roof and exploring the beautiful gardens and grounds .

fabulous - stylish but cozy, very relaxing, wonderful setting

Loved our weekend stay here at the Berkeley Coach House. It was in the depths of winter but the house was wonderfully warm and cosy, plenty of wood provided for a roaring fire and room for all to relax on 3 comfy sofas. Kitchen stylish and extremely well appointed and all open plan onto dining area and sitting room making it the perfect place for friends to spend precious time together. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, great family loft room. The setting is stunning, chocolate box rural England. No need to even get in a car to go anywhere - lovely walks and pub nearby - but very easy reach of Bath if you wish (we didn't!). And Paul and family were very kind in ensuring everything was spot on - even coming to fix the wifi. Thoroughly recommended. Hope to make the next time longer!

Wonderful stay

Home from a wonderful weekend at the Berkeley Coach House for my mother in laws 70th birthday. The house is just wonderful with all the little details thought of...from stair gates and toys for the children, to a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals for the family. The booking process was easy and Paul responded quickly to every question we asked. Would most definetly visit again

beautiful property in a stunning location

The coach house was very impressive on arrival with a huge spacious living dining kitchen area. A lovely log fire complete with instructions on how to light and kindling and logs. A huge selection of DVD's and board games too. The kitchen has everything we needed to make a special family meal during the evening and plenty of glasses cups and plates. Upstairs the two double bedrooms were beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. I stayed in the loft with my two children and they totally loved the room with the low ceilings and we found two boxes full of toys up there! The beds were comfortable and the duvets were so warm and cosy. We had a go on the table tennis table outside and the views across the countryside were stunning. Lots of little nooks and crannies in the garden. We loved our stay here and would love to return one day! Highly recommended.
