Beautiful 18-berth villa on the Cap Ferret peninsula, set in wooded, peaceful grounds

Family villa on one level, in wood, on the edge of the forest, near the beach of the Algerian villa of Bassin d'Arcachon (5 minutes walk) and Océane beach (15 minutes walk). Large wooded lot (3000m²), calm assured.
The house is regularly maintained, improvements are made every year. (Last works done: bathrooms, kitchen and toilets, electricity, bedding).
All the nearest shops are located in the Village du Canon, 2 km by car.
A tax of 1.40 euros per night and per person over 18 is to be paid in addition and paid to the municipality of CAP-FERRET.
The house is classified 3 stars by Gironde Habitat.
A rental agreement will be signed for booking confirmation.

Le logement est notifié PMR, ce qui n'est pas le cas, wc et douche inaccessibles pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. Il faut le préciser dans l'annonce. Le reste de la maison est praticable et agréable. Le site est beau, les enfants l'ont apprécié. Bonne localisation. Déception à l'arrivée la table de ping pong qui devait être sortie (vu avec la propriétaire quels jours avant) était cassée?!

Villa idéalement située au milieu de la forêt.Tout est propre.Nous avons pu y passer un très agréable weekend entre amis.Nous étions 17 et nous n'avons pas manqué de place.Nous avons eu un accueil agréable par Francis.Et une mention spéciale pour Carole et Océane qui ont été très sympathique lors de la sortie du gîte.Merci encore pour l'accueil !

Super séjour en famille à 18 ! Emplacement ideal Village de l’herbe à 15min à pied et plage à 20min. Terrasse très agréable, tous les équipements nécessaires (cuisine) sont sur place !

Nous avons célébré les 40 ans de mon épouse entre amis avec enfants. La maison, charmante, est très fonctionnelle et parfaite pour un grand groupe. Idéalement située sous les grands pins et à l’abri des regards. Grand chalet dans les bois

Un endroit parfait pour se retrouver pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. A la fois proche de la mer mais à l écart pour un parfait depaysement. Le chalet est très bien équipé pour une grande tribu et la literie très confortable. Très bon accueil par les propriétaires.

EVG à l'Herbe

Un super weekend passé entre amis au Cap Ferret. La maison est très grande, et propose de nombreux couchages. Sa situation géographique permet d'aller à la plage à pied. Le fait qu'elle soit isolée, permet de bien profiter de la terrasse et de l'ombrages des pins. Un grand merci à Gisèle pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. A refaire très vite !

bonnes vacances entre amis

super séjour! parfait pour se retrouver entre amis! Nous étions plusieurs familles avec enfants et bébés. La maison est grande , bien au calme et à proximité des plages! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse pour manger et la douche extérieure bien pratique lors des retours de plage. Une bonne adresse à conserver!
