This detached, single-storey converted barn with pond, hillside garden and arbour has spectacular long views to a panorama of tors and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Buster Barn is a single-storey converted granite barn in the small hamlet of Sampford Spiney. The cottage sleeps two people in one king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The living area is spacious and open-plan with an oak fitted kitchen and sitting area with a sofa bed (for alternative sleeping) and dining area. Glazed double doors lead to the courtyard garden outside, where there's a table and chairs, barbecue and a neat little trip trap bridge leads to a gently sloping hillside garden with spectacular long views. This is not suitable for anyone who should have mobility issues. Note: The WIFI in the property cannot support multiple devices. Scenic and secluded, yet close to interesting moorland towns Buster Barn is well placed for exploring wild and rugged Dartmoor. Fee charged for pets Note: Friday change over day only
Amenities: Central heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Three well-behaved dogs welcome at £15 per pet per week. Sorry no smoking. Note:From the parking area, a gravelled pathway to 5 big uneven granite steps into the property (alternative level access via gravelled courtyard).
