5 Beachdown is a stunning contemporary house in a gated development of 12 just 150 yards from the lovely sandy beach in Challaborough. The house sleeps eight people in four ground floor bedrooms, two double (one with en suite shower room) and two twin (one of which can convert to double), plus a family bathroom. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a sunny terrace with table and chairs and steps up to a roof garden with sun loungers, as well as parking for three cars. 5 Beachdown is in the perfect position for a fabulous seaside break in South Devon.

Amenities: Underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Care should be taken with young children on the roof garden.
