The house is located in a quiet street close to the Kurhaus and Circustheater in Scheveningen a short walk from the beach. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.60 wide). The bedroom can be closed off from the living room with sliding doors. In the living room there is a sofa that can be folded out into a single bed. There are doors to the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences (dishwasher, oven / microwave, stove), kitchen utensils for cooking and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. The toilet is located in a separate room.
The apartment is reached via a common front door with the upper house and then has its own quite a steep staircase down. This makes the home less suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
The house has been completely renovated in 2017. The garden is exclusively for guests. In the garden there is a dining table with 2 benches. There is a small BBQ available for guests.
