This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 13th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master. Queen sized bed in second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot, 300 sq. ft. balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was extremely clean, the views are amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed for the days we prepared meals 'at home' including measuring cups, cutting boards, storage containers etc...The decor was 'beachy' and we all felt right at hime. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

GREAT!!!!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a great view of the beach. The housekeeping staff was always around if we needed anything, and the owner was just a text or call away. It's located in the nice part of town, but only minutes away from Pier Park. The beach was calm and not crowded. Definitely will come here again!!!!

Such a BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

This was truly a perfect spot for the week! The condo was away from all the traffic and congestion but close enough we could do all the fun things when we wanted to. The decor was on point, the condo was also roomy, very clean and had great amenities. Parking was easy and the beach access was perfect. Just a great experience from beginning to end. THANK YOU!

Relaxing

A lovely short get away. Calm, beautiful view, peacefully appointed space. Good quiet location. Enjoyed the stay. 40 USD to park, but accessible and as long as you know beforehand, all good. Super kind host with a beautiful laugh who goes the extra mile to make the stay complete. Pool and hot tub are lovely. Seemingly endless hot water in the condo shower. :)

Winter Escape

My friend and I enjoy escaping the winters months for the sound of the ocean and sunshine. Emerald Isle is separate from the bulk of other condos with pools and beach access. Helen is amazing to work with and took care of all our needs. This was our second time and we will be back again.

Wonderful location and beautiful rental

We had a wonderful stay at Helen's rental. The location was great, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The checkin and checkout process was very easy, and the keyless entry is great. We were able to park on P1 and carry our beach gear right up from the beach and store it in our car until the next morning. There were few steps to walk from the pool to the beach which was also nice when lugging beach gear back and forth. We ate at Mike's which is directly across the street 3 times (1 time for breakfast and twice for lunch) and all meals were awesome! Do yourself a favor and stay here. I would absolutely return.

It was ok

The room locates right in front of the elevator. We washed all beddings because it was dirty and we all couldn’t sleep. The condo had a specific smell inside. The front door needs to repair. It was ok experience but not excellent for the family. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The beach and ocean very clean and gorgeous.

PERFECT STAY!! Will definitely return!!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo from the booking process and throughout the stay!! Helen kept us updated with everything and provided her personal phone number in case we had any concerns or needs. The condo was beautifully decorated exactly as the pictures showed- unlike the last condo we rented which was stripped of every decoration and left empty and boring white! We are already planning our vacation for 2023 and will definitely be returning to this unit!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

We enjoyed our stay! The beach view was breathtaking and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool, doing local shopping and enjoying delicious food. Only drawback was the parking! I do believe there needs to be more parking for guests so you don’t have to park across the street. It is inconvenient for guests and for elderly folks who are handicapped! Everything else was wonderful! Thank you Helen for being so quick to answer our questions!

Perfect family getaway

This condo is fabulous. It is exactly as pictured, was very clean and you can’t beat the views. The beds were super comfortable, flat screens in every room and air conditioning worked great! I really like being on the west end of PCB- way less traffic, but still close to tons of restaurants and pier park. Check in was so easy. The lady in the office is super sweet. My only criticism (and it’s a super nitpicky one because I can’t think of anything else) is I wish there were bath mats and instructions for the living room TVs 3 remotes. Helen is very responsive and helpful. I would stay at any property of hers again and again.

85th Birthday

My Mother loves the beach and doesnt often get to make a trip to the sand, so this was my gift to her for her 85th Birthday. The unit was just as described and wonderfully comfortable. We ate many meals there just because we didnt want to leave the comfort and huge balcony deck facing the ocean. We will be back!!
