This handsome Georgian Grade II listed three-storey house is situated in the Devon riverside town of Dartmouth and can sleep 13 people in six bedrooms.

Woodlands is a handsome, Grade II listed, three-storey Georgian house near a creek in the lovely Devon town of Dartmouth. The house sleeps 13 people in six bedrooms over two levels, five double and a twin with five bathrooms or shower rooms. On the top floor is a children's games/sitting room and on the ground floor are two sitting rooms and a dining room, all with wood burning stoves, and a kitchen. Outside is a terrace across the width of the house with outdoor furniture and barbecue and terraced lawn below, plus parking for four cars. EV charging point, code for access to the EV point provided by the housekeeper. With the shops, restaurants, galleries and pubs within walking distance, Woodlands is an excellent family house for a lively holiday in Devon.

Nearest beaches for paddling and stone skimming, about a 15 minutes stroll to Castle or Sugary Coves towards the mouth of the Dart. Blackpool Sands about 4 miles away. relaxing break

apart from the hills, and that goes for the area, it was a perfect house. quiet, no noise at night, lovely views, not overlooked, comfortable. we all enjoyed our stay here.
