Honestly cannot express how wonderful this property is - we relaxed , we had fun - and had enough space to leave each other alone when needed - we came together and played all the games there - ( normally have our own to entertain everyone - but not needed here ) I really was the best few days Thank you - the hosts were helpful - while allowing us space - the grandkids loved the pool - so wonderful to hear such happy voices

Great property, lovely views , it has everything you need onsite. Stayed here with 14 adults, 9 small kids 0-9yrs and 2 dogs and we had plenty of space and the weather was a bonus. Lovely welcoming pub a short walk away too. Hope to be back.

Gorgeous clean house, was fully equipped! The hot tub and pool was enjoyed by all of our party which was 9 adults and 8 children. Freshly made scones with jam and clotted cream were a lovely touch too. We will definitely be back!

We have literally just got back from spending 3 nights in this beautiful house. It was fantastic, beautiful peaceful location, just a short drive to various beaches and villages. The house was very clean, it had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were perfect! I would highly recommend this house for large family/friends to be together for fun, games and creating lovely memories!

Our welcome afternoon tea treat was greatly enjoyed. The house is beautiful: it’s separate lounges and kitchens and the pool and hot tub offered something for everyone in our multi generational family.

The house is beautifully situated with fields all around it. We saw birds, foxes, rabbits and deer from our windows. The house itself was very well appointed with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful kept everyone ( ages from 6 to 77) occupied and having fun. The garden has enough room for lots of games which enabled us to enjoy being outside. There were 14 of us in our family group and a dog, the feed back from everyone was that they’ve had a brilliant holiday. Sue

Really lovely property, amazing location. Well suited to large families and groups! We were made to feel very welcome on arrival with a lovely surprise which was much appreciated - a very nice touch, thank you Charlotte! We had 4 generations for my grandads 80th birthday and it worked wonders as there was something for everyone, even the toddlers. We even had our dogs with us and it was lovely! The pool was lush and the hot tub also! Plenty of ping pong tournaments were had and we enjoyed a lovely bbq! Enough bathrooms and facilities and plenty of space for all! Also a really versatile bed set up which was great! Had a slight issue in the property and Steve (the owner) turned up 15 minutes after our phone call and sorted us out - great customer service!!

My family all had a great few days staying in this amazing house. It had everything we needed to keep everyone occupied. The pool was definitely the highlight, especially for my grandchildren We were greeted with delicious scones, cream and jam which was so kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately we had a small problem with ants but that was probably due to the wonderful weather we had and Steve, our host, immediately came and gave us ant powder which remedied it straight awayWe hope to return one day

The space works so well for large parties we can not fault it in anyway.The pool was a bit on the cold side but the hot tub helped warm us up I had the best 70th birthday with all my family Fantastic !!!

We are glad you had a lovely time! We had a look at the pool and it was slightly cooler than we normally keep it. A motorized valve had become stuck in the plant room which has now been replaced. We are sorry about this and would have remedied it sooner had we known.

Beautiful property, perfect for extended family of 14 aged from 18 months to 81. Lovely evenings spent eating outside with views of countryside. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Very clean and well equipped. Owners incredibly friendly and accommodating.
