MINIMUM AGE: 21
Book your Family Vacation Now! This lake front, 3 bedroom house is the perfect getaway! Located at the 6mm of Indian Creek Cove, newly renovated 2018! The main attraction is outside! A HUGE screened in porch sets above the lake next to the 2 well dock and brand new outdoor fire pit.
You could sleep on the porch!
Walking in the front door of the lake house you enter the sun room seating area with a futon and 2 chairs facing into the main living room with more seating and satellite TV. The kitchen table with seating for 6 also has view of the TV. The BRAND NEW kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, griddle, crock pot, and all the basic needs.
A small bedroom is next to the kitchen seating area with a twin bed and twin pull out trundle. The back two bedrooms each have a queen sized bed. And the full bathroom has just been updated with a full laundry room added to backside!
The house sets just across the Lane from the Lake, a few steps away. The screened in porch is 24'x18' and has a refrigerator, plenty of counter space, and a picnic table. Bring more chairs if you like! Noodles, rafts, etc. can be found in the porch for your use!
Just to the left of the porch are the steps to the dock and the fire pit! The dock has electric and a sink for fish cleaning. Slips are 24x10 and 28x10.
Parking for up to 3 vehicles and trailer parking as well.

Cozy little getaway

Clean little place in a quiet neighborhood right on the lake. Everything we needed was there and the screened in porch gave a great place to hang out and not be directly in the sun.

Great getaway

The property is a perfect little getaway, not too fancy with everything you need. Had a hiccup with the refrigerator qhen we got there, called and they had it replaced in less than an hour. Talk about ser ice and Adam was the nicest guy. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much.

Lake Trip 2020

This was our second summer staying here in a row and we were not disappointed again. The neighborhood and neighbors are great, the house is cozy, it's right on the water, the dock had added seating. We are already talking about booking here again for 2021 summer.

Great house and location! Neighbors are lovely! Only complaints would be a crack in the tub (just worrisome) and rust/red colored stains on the loveseat! Already planning a trip back to this house in august! We loved it!! Also having 2 refrigerators was a huge plus!

Last minute Girls trip

Booked house last minute for a life celebration. The house was perfect! Used the kitchen and grill. House equipped with everything you could need. each room's decor is very lake house and adorable. We got lucky and it was still warm enough to get into water. Dock and cove where clean.Was very quite and peaceful. The detached screened in porch was so nice. We played board games and danced. Spoke to a couple neighbors, all nice. Would definately stay here again!!!

Nice location

Cute cabin. It would be nice for a small family. The screened in porch (separate) from the house is a nice bonus, with tables, chairs. Long counter and refrigerator and could be used for a larger group...though probably not comfortable sleeping in the small cabin. The dock is great and the fire pit extra cozy at night. The down size is the filthy carpet, chairs, futon mattress and ceiling fans. Window shades were bent and broken. Dishes left in dishwasher, hard to tell if they were cycled through or just rinsed. Other than that it was adequate for the two of us.

Terrible

Description did not match. Communication was awful. Questions were not answered prior to visit. Parking was abysmal - we asked about parking for 2 trucks & 2 trailers, no response. When we arrived, we had not received communication so we never got in and ended up going elsewhere. Still have not spoken with anyone.

Much needed time away from reality with the family.. 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly. Lots of windows for the view of the lake. Your tucked up in a nice quiet cove with friendly neighbors I would definitely stay here again

Family Vacation

I've stayed at this house multiple times for a girls trip. This year I booked the house with my husband so we could take our 3 kids (ages 12, 9, and 4). This house has always been excellent with friends or family. The cove is super friendly, quiet, and peaceful. It's not in a super busy part of the lake and there are not many bars close. Jolly Roger is less than 5 and it's great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Would recommend this house over and over.

Clean little cabin with a nice dock. It would be nearly impossible to get a trailer in and out, so if you bring a boat or wet bike plan accordingly.

I'll be coming back!

I rented this property to fish the Big Bass Bash, just hoping the dock was up to par... I'll tell you this, I was not disappointed. The dock, the huge screened in porch/deck overlooking the water was awesome. The house was in outstanding condition and had everything we needed and more. Sarah the property manager was absolutely on point with her responses to any questions and very informative. So yes, I'll be looking for this property in the hopefully not too distant future!

Great location and nice neighbors.

My best friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing few days when staying here. We spoke with several of the neighbors and all were very nice. I think we used the screened structure as much as the house.

Could have been better.

The house was clean enough, except for the lazy susan where the pots and pans were stored needed cleaning. The bathrub has a crack in it that gives when you step on it, which is startling and also allows for water to go under the tub somewhere where it shouldn't be. There were big black ants that came out of the room where the water heater was. The AC unit was VERY noisy. The fish The cleaning station was absolutely filthy and there was no running water to it The screened in porch was not very clean and lots of cobwebs and screens were broken and had holes. The location was good and relaxing when outside. What neighbors that we saw were friendly. There was no wood for fire pit, so we had to go find some.
