Fully equipped house, spacious, comfortable and sunny molt in a tranquil molt carrer. Pool, garden and parking. A deu minuts a peu from the center and the Barri Vell.

At the baixa hi plant there is a large d'estar room, a jocs per a nens room, a large kitchen-sink, a bathroom and a washbasin. The cucina tea sorted to a terrassa on is able to relax l'aire lliure and the pool.
The first pus hi has two large rooms, two petites and two bany complets.
Al segon pis hi there is a change between bany and terrassa.

Second time here. Absolute gem of a place for cycling. Joseph and his wife are lovely people who go above and beyond to make your stay excellent.The addition of the pool is a welcome bonus for aching legs after a day on the bike.We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Girona.

Great location and plenty of space

Only 15 minutes walk to the old town but lots of space like a countryside property. Pool and large patio was a big bonus. Particularly for cyclists this is ideal. The owners provide some equipment such as bike stands, track pump etc. They are also very helpful with organising taxis to/from airport and restaurant recommendations.

Superb base for exploring Girona

From first booking to arrival everything was very smooth. The property is exactly like the listing, pool is beautiful and views over the city. Secure parking and spacious bedrooms and multiple room for relaxing made it an obvious choice over a hotel. Josep and his wife were helpful throughout the stay, including helping get our car started on the final morning! We'll certainly recommend their home to anyone who's looking to visit Girona and surrounding area. We spent 5 days cycling in the area (the hills up to the property from town were a good final test after a day riding!)

Perfect hosts/house/area

The two hosts were really nice and helpful and even made us spanish tortilla once. We came with friends to Girona to train and really enjoyed the area especially for cycling. The house is spacious, the kitchen is perfect for cooking everyday and the pool is just awesome. We will be back next year!

Great Location

The owners were so welcoming and helpful and made the stay a pleasure. The views from the house are lovely early in the morning and late at night. The town centre is just a few minutes walk away and the train station is close.

Ein komfortables Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig gelegen und bester Ausgang für den Besuch der wundervollen, eindruckenden und sehr gut erhaltenen Altstadt. Die Vermieter war stets ansprechbar, hatten gute Tipps und waren außerordentlich freundlich und herzlich. Nur zu empfehlen!

Superbe maison

Nous avons tres bien été accueilli par Josep et Adelina qui nous on montré ce que nous pouvions visiter aux alentours. La ville se situe à 10 min à pied du magnifique centre de Gerone directement dans la vieille ville. Il faut compter 30 min de route pour accéder aux plages, ce qui reste correct. La maison est très spacieuse avec tout le confort, comme à la maison, avec une piscine qui nous a bien rafraîchi. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et discret malgré la proximité. Je recommande !!!

Prachtig, rustig ruim huis vlak bij centrum.

Prachtig ruim huis, op rustige locatie op 10 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. Veel mooie terrassen/balkons rondom het huis compleet ingericht met zitjes. Ruim zwembad dat iedere dag schoongemaakt werd. Zeer gastvrij ontvangst door de vriendelijke eigenaren, die goede tips gaven over de omgeving. Auto kon op het terrein geparkeerd worden. De eigenaren hebben ook appartementen in Roses aan de kust waar we ook geweest zijn, deze waren ook ruim, schoon en centraal gelegen. Ook daar kregen we tips over de omgeving. Heel fijne vakantie gehad, raden dit huis ook aan en willen zeker terug komen.

A beautiful house with very welcoming owners.

We had a wonderful week. The villa was lovely and Josep and Adelina so welcoming. As it was so hot, the pool was fantastic. There is everything you could need in the villa and it really feels like you are in a very Comfortable home. Girona is a beautiful and interesting city and we also enjoyed being in Roses. There was plenty of information on what to do in the local area and both Josep and Adelina were also very informative. I’m sure we would love to return again to this special villa and it’s friendly and helpful owners. Thank you to Josep and Adelina.
