Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.3 is a traditional style holiday cottage which enjoys a bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The country style kitchen is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday home in Ireland. This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably:

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

5 Pine Grove - really enjoyed our 3 day stay over Easter.
House was very clean and had everything we needed to eat in when required. Estate itself was very nice with a small playground ideal for my little ones. Would be great to have internet access but the weather was great, so wasn't too much of an issue. Only downside was the water pressure. Shower pressure was pretty poor and the hot water ran out a few times. Relatively small gripes though.
House was ideal for our family (6). Garden isn't that usable but cul de sac was very quiet so kids could play outside

Review of 3 willow grove
Hi we enjoyed our stay, however the lack of WiFi and limited TV channels and the fact that the dvd player didn't work made nights in a bit boring. Heater in single upstairs bedroom didn't work. A bathroom downstairs would be nice. Water pressure not great
But location great and this is our 2nd year back

There were very few glasses and mugs and the cooking utensils especially the pans could be better
