This beautiful self-catering apartment, is just two minutes walk from the center of Wexford Town, in the Sunny South East of Ireland. Hollyville Heights is a quiet cul de sac, with allocated parking. The apartment is on the ground floor and is tastefully decorated to a very high standard. It has been awarded four stars by Ireland's Tourist Board. It has all modern conveniences including washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, CD/Radio, microwave, fridge, freezer, wireless broadband, multi-fuel stove, with a supply of fuel, and storage heating. Wooden flooring throughout giving low allergen environment. There is a patio door leading to a private garden area, where you can dine al-fresco on the deck! The master bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds or a double, if required . A cot, high chair & a folding bed are available on request.There is also a separate bathroom with power shower. A car parking space, at the front door, is provided free of charge. Clayton Whites Hotel leisure center and pool is just three minutes walk from the apartment. Guests can book and pay for time in the leisure center, directly with the Hotel. There are in excess of twenty coaches from Dublin Airport to Wexford each day.

Lovely property, very confortable and spacious, met by host Paddy, who explained everything which was very helpful. Close to all amenities and the personal parking space was an added bonus.
Our stay in Paddy’s apartment was excellent the property had everything we needed and Paddy was an excellent host, we liked the property and the location so much that we stayed an extra night on our return journey

The appartment was very clean and well equipment! Very nice inside! Back yard area was perfect! The owner was very attentive! We absolutely love staying here, and the location was also perfect, walkable!
The property was above and beyond our expectations 5 star plus clean comfortable and truly excellent. It didn’t disappoint in any way at all, all set to return again soon. You get 10 out of 10 from us.
The apartment was as pictured and described. Very clean, comfortable. Quiet location on a cul de sac, but a short walk into the heart of town with pubs, shops, transportation. Manager Paddy welcomed us warmly and checked in to make sure all was well. Highly recommend.

Our landlord cared lovingly for our needs and he had a lot of usefull informations. We used this place in order to visit Dublin (by bus) and as an ideal place to get an early ferry from Rosslare. Also we enjoyed some nice resturant in walking distance

Lovely apartment in a quiet location. Very clean and well appointed. Also very well equipped throughout. Host was very welcoming, greeting us personally, a pleasant change from no contact with host. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
The apartment is a very short walk to the town center. The national Opera House is a five minute walk away as is the Franciscan Friary and the Catholic Church. The apartment has every possible amenity. I slept in the main bedroom which was comfortable and faced a quiet neighborhood Street. The town itself is compact and very enjoyable. If I ever need accommodations in this area again this is exactly where I will stay.

Great Location
I would strongly recommend this spotless, very well situated and extremely comfortable apartment to everyone (both young & not so young!). We had a wonderful holiday in Wexford Town, which has everything that you could need at your fingertips. I am looking forward to coming back again and again. The owner Paddy was very helpful and gave us the advantage of his local knowledge, which made the holiday even better. Thanks a million.

Great property. Real home from home with everything you could think of provided with regard to equipment and facilities. Paddy was a genuinely lovely man. Friendly, informative but unintrusive. Easy walk into town and just a bit further to a well stocked supermarket. Highly recommended as a base for visiting the area. Great party atmosphere in Bugler Doyle's pub on a Sunday evening (thanks for the tip Paddy).
Beautiful flat, perfectly equiped, very nice landlord
We enjoyed 5 nights in this beautiful flat. The landlord was very kind and flexible, especially when we informed him about an earlier artival. He explained everything in detail and gave many tipps for the days in Wexford. There was really everything prepared, from dish-washing tabs up to soap and shampoo.
The flat was very calm and very close to the city of Wexford.
The host "Paddy" along with this property is probably the BEST rental experience I have ever had. The property is suberbly equipped, clean and has just about *everything* you could possibly want for a short or long stay.
I cannot overstate how impressed I am with host and property. Thank you VERY VERY much. I'll be back for sure.

Home from home
We stayed at this apartment the end of August '08. We were delighted with all aspects vis a vis comfort, ambiance, location,quietness - yet 3mins. walk to the town center.The fact that the owner picked us up at the bus terminus, was a great help, at the end of a long journey from London. If we are able to travel next year we will be back. Pity, we didn't find this "gem" some years earlier as we would have been booked in, year after year.
This rental property felt like a real home. It has its own patio and garden, and it runs from the front of the building to the back wall of the garden. It has every appliance and gadget you could need, and there is a warm, personal, and lived-in feel to the place. We have never been in a place so well stocked! Amazingly considerate and generous hosts.
Paddy and Maeve were like friends rather than renters. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, and our friendship with them will not end with this summer. We had been travelling away from home for three weeks, and it was great to be welcomed so warmly.
The property is splendidly located. Wexford is a beautiful town, and we were close to the shops/restaurants and the sea. We recommend this property most strongly.
