I bought this apartment because I found the place beautiful, beautiful gardens, wonderful pool, quiet street and especially excellent location. No need to move the vehicle.

- 500 meters from the new city center known as 'The Strip' (Oura)
- Provimité in many supermarkets (1km md 'Ecomarché, 3 km from Intermarket, 500 m Continent / Modelo, Pingo Doce 400 m, 800m from Lidl)
- Close to restaurants
2) Location very agrèable:
- Gardens and pool well maintained
- Sunbeds and free
- Bar by the pool (which serves drinks and food at a good price)
