The ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday
Directly on the sea, the apartments overlook the splendid Costa degli Etruschi in San Vincenzo (LI).
The building located a few hundred meters from the center of San Vincenzo and the pinewood of Rimigliano is newly built and
it is spread over three floors served by an elevator. It includes 15 apartments of various types, Studios, Two-room and Three-room apartments. The accommodations are tastefully furnished and different styles, have an outdoor space and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. The facilities include air conditioning, television, bed linen and towels, wi - fi, washing machine and oven. The residence has a condominium garage. We accept small animals.
