Holiday villa right behind the dunes within walking distance of the beach.

The Flierefluiter 2.0 is a modern cedar holiday home with lots of nature in a very quiet area right behind the dunes. It is a five minute walk to the beach and ten minutes to the center of Renesse.

As soon as you enter the lush garden you immediately notice that the atmosphere here is different from most other holiday homes. Worldly and homely, where you immediately feel at home and where daylight floods in through the enormous sliding doors into the spacious lounge with various seating areas and colorful art on the walls.

After a complete renovation, the villa is now equipped with a concrete floor with underfloor heating throughout the house, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms have the bathroom en-suite, a large kitchen with patio door to the covered terrace and spacious lounge with wall-to-wall sliding doors to the garden. There is a good WIFI connection throughout the house and partly in the garden.

The eclectic decor is downright comfortable with 2 large lounge sofas, a daybed and a bean bag. The layout offers the opportunity to sit together in the lounge around the 43-inch TV or to isolate yourself and enjoy the starry sky or the full moon that can be admired through the enormous glass front.

The elongated kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-zone induction hob, grill/microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and plenty of cooking utensils. The kitchen diner also has a Balinese china cabinet, a retro refrigerator, a large dining table with comfortable chairs where you can easily sit with 8 people and a huge door to the covered veranda so that you can all immediately collapse on the lounge sofas after dinner. to have a drink.

As soon as the temperature allows it, you want to enjoy the outdoors in this place as much as possible and that is why a large lounge area has been created on the covered terrace where you can enjoy the sun out of the wind. Of course you can also relax in the garden on one of the sun loungers or in the hanging chairs at the garden house, where you can enjoy the chirping of the many birds or the sound of the sea.

Even when it gets dark, you can fully enjoy the lush garden that surrounds the Flierefluiter. Atmospheric garden lighting has been installed so that you can especially see the bamboo swaying in the wind in the dark.

The 4 bedrooms are cozy and practically furnished. The master bedroom has a large wooden double bed with Emma mattress measuring 200 x 180, plenty of closet space and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. There is another bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and 2 single box springs of 200 x 90, which together form a double bed. The third bedroom with 2 single box springs of 200 x 90, which together also form a double bed, is the ideal parent's room for the adjacent children's room, which has a robust bunk bed with mattresses of 200 x 90. This bedroom is only suitable for children or teenagers and has no window to the outside but a window to the lounge, so you can air the room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom that is practically furnished with a walk-in shower.

The box springs have single duvets and bed linen and can therefore also be used as single beds, even if they are placed against each other. The only double bed in the master bedroom has a double duvet and fitted sheet.

Our luxury holiday villa of 135 m2 is ideal for 2 families as long as the group consists of a maximum of 8 people (max. 6 adults and 2 children).
A group consisting of adults only is also very welcome in our house, but then all guests must be 30+ and then a maximum of 6 people can sleep (the teenage room will then be closed). Our holiday home is ideal for 3 couples because then each couple has its own bathroom.

From the Flierefluiter you can easily walk to the beach where you can choose a beach entrance with or without beach bars. In both cases, you will have your feet in the sand after a few minutes' walk and the kilometre-long sandy beach is a quiet family beach. Cycle paths through the dunes also start almost directly behind our house, where you can enjoy a breath of fresh air and regularly spot deer or wild horses. Within 5 minutes by car you are at the kitesurfing beach at the Brouwersdam or at the windsurfing beach at the Grevelingen and within fifteen minutes you can drive to the Oosterscheldekering. So plenty of options to please everyone.

Beach bar/restaurant De Haven van Renesse is 500 meters away, beach club South-South-West and restaurant Zeerust are approximately 1 km. and the village of Renesse is 1.5 km. At the Brouwersdam you can choose from various trendy and good beach bars such as Perry's and Natural High.

There is space for 2 to 3 cars in the driveway, 1 of which is inside the gate. Pets are not allowed.

Our rates include all costs of heating, water, electricity, final cleaning and tourist tax. We also include bed linen and bath towels in the price and the beds are made on arrival, so that you can immediately start a carefree holiday.

Due to Corona/Covid-19, we will take extra disinfecting measures with the final cleaning, but we are not liable for any infection.

We expect our guests to adhere to the measures that have been issued with regard to Corona/Covid-19. There are strict fines for non-compliance with these rules and we expect every guest to be aware of the applicable rules in our region. If a fine is handed out to us as a homeowner because guests have not complied with the rules during a check, we will recover this fine from the main booker.

Cancellation Policy: cancellation fee 25% of the rental fee if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in, 50% of the rental fee if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in, and 75% of the rental fee if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

We have relaxed our cancellation conditions due to Corona/Covid-19. If a reservation cannot take place because the Netherlands or the Zeeland Security Region decides that no more rental can take place in the period you have booked, we will return the (down) payment or any unused days of stay.
