About this property

Beautiful home with a fantastic pool !

We have a beautiful spacious home just 7 miles from downtown. It has 5 bedrooms as well as 3 1/4 bathrooms.
It sits on 12 acres of county land with an in-ground cement pool, fire pit, hot tub, covered porch, barn with chickens and barn cats and horses to enjoy feeding or petting. It has an open floor plan, fireplace, comfy TV room, high speed internet, large picture windows, modern kitchen with all of the amenities you would expect. Lots of room to spread out! We stay on property in our motorhome to take care of the property but you won’t really see us. (large property) Come and enjoy a serene setting while being just 7 miles from all that goes on downtown ( if you ever want to leave)

We love our home and are happy to share it! So many large gatherings have happened here…the house was built in 1906…if the walls could talk !!
Enjoying the quiet grounds, swimming in the 40 foot pool, watching the horses graze or sipping something on the back deck while the sun goes down…it is all possible here. Let us host you for an amazing time with family or friends. You won’t regret your choice !

What makes this property unique

This home is a little piece of heaven. It is in the country so you have the wildlife, the coyotes at night howling, the frogs you can hear in the distance, beautiful quail and sometimes a deer or two in the fields. The horses graze in the front pasture. The barn cat will rub up against you until you pet him. Chickens lay farm fresh eggs for you to enjoy. But it is really special as you are only 7 miles to downtown Spokane. If you want to get out there are plenty of places to go to. We have all kinds of theater, fantastic restaurants and shopping as well as a beautiful river right in the center of town.
