Enjoy the Summer of 2025 with your family in the quaint town of Avon-by-the-Sea. This beautiful turn of the century home has all of the luxuries needed for a relaxing vacation at the Jersey Shore. Just 3 blocks to the Columns, the beach and boardwalk. The wrap around porch is perfect for sitting with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The rear deck in yard is perfect for quiet evening barbecues. This four bedroom house with two bathrooms is freshly decorated with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Outdoor shower, washer and dryer on the first floor, wheelchair accessible entrance in the rear and off street parking are all available to make your vacation relaxing. Convenient to bars, restaurants, train stations and entertainment. We also offer four beach badges with each rental along with beach chairs and umbrellas. Additional information can be found under the lease agreement.

Beautiful Jersey Shore House!

This home has lots of room for a family (it felt much larger than it looked in the pictures) and the front porch is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. The neighborhood is lovely and is very convenient for beach access. Our host was readily available for any questions and/or information.

My family enjoyed our stay and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. It was wonderful to sit on the front porch reading a book and listen to music. Also having the backyard space was an added bonus with the extra parking spaces. Kathy was always available and very nice to work with.

Great house, close to the beach with beautiful back yard

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in a great location. Highlights were the large wrap-around front porch, the very nice backyard with deck and gazebo. Easy access to the Avon Pavilion and beach. Owners were super easy to work with and very helpful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. Rental included 2 beach tags, a large cooler, beach cart and 4 beach chairs. The bedroom layout worked fine for us, but be aware there is no true master bedroom and only one shower in the home on the main floor.

Our home is very special to us. It has been in our family for over 45 years. Avon is a wonderful town to vacation at. We try to keep our property in proper order as required by the town. It is inspected by the town prior to the season. All renters are required to provide us with their home address and the names of those that will be staying at the house. This is a requirement made to us by the town in order to receive our occupancy certificate.
