Enjoy the best months of the summer in Belmar, an ideal spot for you to rest and relax this summer!

Conveniently located just 4 blocks to the beautiful beach, and only steps away from downtown restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and train station, our house offers brand new amenities in contemporary style and a large private back yard with a grill and outdoor area to relax after a hot beach day. We have 6 beach badges, chairs & umbrellas, two boogie boards, and five bicycles you can use to get around town.

Our clean and spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 bedroom with twin over full bunk bed with a trundle (great for 4). The house can easily accommodate two families with kids or a total of 8 people, with any additional person at an extra charge (please inquire with the owner).

The living room is the perfect space for the entire family to be together with a huge Smart TV, comfy couches, and an open-concept floor plan that includes dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all supplies & appliances.

Freshly cleaned bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Please kindly note that parties and events are not allowed at this property.

Families are WELCOME! No group renters. The minimum age requirement is 28.

4th of July Family Getaway

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The house was immaculate and the check-in process was seamless. The house was a bit larger than we expected, and was spacious enough for 8 adults and a toddler to move about. The yard was also very nice - I loved the pergola over the grill as it began to rain midway through preparing dinner! The hosts were very responsive, both leading up to our stay and while we were there when we had questions.Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great find! The house was wonderful, it was clean, modern and spacious. The checkin process was seamless. The host responded to messages promptly. The location was great. There was plenty of parking in front of the property. Very close to the beach and also very close to stores and cafes. I would stay there again

Great place for family vacation!

The house was perfect for our group - five adults and two young kids. It was super clean and toddler-friendly and the backyard was the cherry on top, a great place for the kids to run around and get some fresh air without leaving the house. The house was also excellently located, with the beach just a ten minute walk away. The wagon was very useful in carting all our stuff! I would highly recommend this house!

Enjoyed By Three Generations

We stayed for 5 days with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived and the neighborhood is very quiet. Natalia and Konstantin provide many amenities and were responsive to our questions. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach especially if you have a lot of stuff, but it was an ideal spot for a multi-generational family vacation.

Overall, we had a very nice time. The house was in excellent condition and very clean upon arrival. The owner was very polite and flexible with some of our requests. I think it would have been nice (and was expected) to find body soap and shampoo in all the bathrooms; we had to buy our own when we got there.

My husband and I stayed a week in this Belmar house with our grown son and his girlfriend. Our stay was super! The house is new/newly renovated and maintained extremely well. The inside is spacious, comfortable and had good amenities, including beach badges and gear. The back yard had multiple seating and lounging areas in both the shade and sun. House was 3 blocks from the oceanfront and was convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. Highly recommend. One suggestion is to include extra paper products (ie: only 1 roll toilet paper in bathrooms). Would also suggest rental listing include guests should bring their own beach towels.

Perfect location

We had adults and teenagers staying in the house and it was the perfect size and layout. The location was perfect as it is halfway between the beach and Main Street so there was something for both adults and teens right nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and biking around was easy and safe. The walk to the beach was quick too. We had everything we needed for beach fun at the house including a much needed wagon to bring everything back and forth. Highly recommend.

Very clean and spacious

The house is seemingly brand new, spacious rooms, very well maintained and clean, very well appointed and modern. The listing shows exactly what is offered - no surprises. Very well located to everything you need. My only negative is that even though it is 4 blocks away from the beach, those blocks are long. Highly recommend.

Amazing house

Wow !!! This house is amazing!!! Very very clean !!! Nice a big space!!! Kitchen and bathrooms very clean !!! I was bringing my family and honestly I was scared but Everyone loved it !!! 5 min walk to the beach !!!! All restaurants near by , very convenient!!! All sheets and towels provided!!! Beach chairs as well !!! Very good communication with the host !!! Definitely will be back !!!

Everything you need and more

I booked this fully stocked remodeled home to enjoy a vacation with my four adult children and one granddaughter. Everyone loved the home, the set up and location. The three bathrooms and kitchen, living room and outdoor areas were beautiful and took care of us perfectly. Plus add the garage and the back yard and we were provided all the space we needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious and would have been perfect for younger kids. They were a little soft for us. WE appreciate you sharing your wonderful space with us!

Family Thanksgiving

Natalia was extremely accommodating, the entire communication process was excellent. She responded quickly to address my questions. The home was clean and exactly as represented on VRBO. The kitchen is well stocked and a nice experience to prepare meals. My only request is for the host to post 3 cameras are placed outside the property on the property details. One doorbell camera, one in the backyard, and another in the garage. Some renters may not be comfortable with so many cameras. Overall we had a wonderful experience to build family memories.

Spectacular home!

This home is everything they said and more. The home was great for our family and friends of 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Wish we had enough vacation time to spend longer. The owners were fantastic to work with and very responsive. The house was immaculate and had everything you could need. The beach is within walking distance and very nice. The home is about 30 minutes to six flags and 20 minutes to point pleasant which we visited both for the rides. Belmar beach is much nicer and quieter. The beds were softer than I am used to, not a complaint, as surprisingly I slept pretty darn good. The appliances are top notch… espresso machine, coffee machine, tea pot, stove with griddle. Only recommendation is to add a hand masher to the already well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

Another Great Year on D Street!

We just finished our second stay in this beautiful home. Having small children, we could not be in a better location: parks within walking distance, sidewalks, stores and great restaurants nearby. From the sweet little boutiques on Main Street, Federici’s on 10th, Joe’s Surf Shack, the E Street playground, the beach… it is a dream location for a family. This house is spic-and-span. Clean and quiet with plenty of space and all of the comforts of “home”, away from home. Neighbors all watch out for each other which is nice too. Owners are excellent hosts. Thank you for another great visit!
