La proprietaria, gentilissima, ma non è spiegato che la lavatrice c'è, ma è in comune con le altre due famiglie ospiti. Quindi, nel mio caso, utilizzata esclusivamente dalla signora del piano di sopra e visto che era posizionata nel sottoscala, lei lavava i panni e io sentivo il rumore. Le finestre sono solo 2, la cameretta non ha né finestra né porta, una praticamente è l'ingresso, quindi dà sul pianerottolo condominiale, pertanto persiana sempre chiusa e la stanza molto buia............almeno mettere più luci all'interno per sopperire alle poche finestre........ecc. ecc.
