The house is within a 2 minute walk to the main street and sea front board walk of Wexford town and close by to shopping streets, numerous coffee shops, restaurants , department and major chain grocery stores. The famous Wexford Opera House is 500m from the house.
Beaches within 20 mins driving distance. There is on street parking in front of the house and also a car park at the back of the house.
