Hi Jill, We appreciate the note about our communication being prompt and helpful. As for the maintenance issues, we do not have a record that you notified us of these during your stay. We have signage all over the unit and in all of our communication stating to give our office a call with any issues. We would have done our best to get a maintenance person over to address the issues had we been given the chance. I have created work orders so they can be fixed for future guests. As for the power outage due to the storm, unfortunately, that was completely out of our control. We did, however, still give you a refund for the night that you were without power. Thank you. - The Your Lake Vacation Team

We enjoyed our stay at Southwood Shores. The location was perfect being close to the pool and to the boat slip. We would have liked a lift for the boat but it still worked out. The condo was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of items I noted: wasps on the patio, bathrooms needed garbage cans and the mattress in the main bedroom wasn't the most comfortable, needed some padding.
