This bright apartment in a development with community pool is situated in a great area of Cabo de Palos.



The apartment has got two bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom with walking shower, a toilet, an airy and bright living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with galley area. The living room has got access onto a lovely big terrace with sea views.



It is equipped with centralised air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI, nespresso coffee machine…



The apartment has got its own garage in the underground parking with direct access to the apartment.



Suitable for 3 people, no pets accepted.



LOCATION:



The development Las Drizas, has got a lovely communal pool, normally open in 2023 from June till September (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h) and it’s only two minutes away from the beach.

It's located on the way to the lighthouse, less than 5 minutes walking distance to Paseo de Levante and the Cabo de Palos Marina, with a large offer of bars, restaurants, local shops, diving clubs...

There are many big supermarkets in Cabo de Palos, Spar, Aldi and Mercadona, and a street market takes place every Sunday morning.



Cabo de Palos is a fishermen town, perfect to enjoy the local food, where "caldero" is a must! and there is a large number of coves that surround the lighthouse, perfect for diving.

If you are looking for a comfy apartment, fully equipped, modern and in the best area, this is it.

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
