The property has ample accommodation, along with added extras, such as 46' LCD TV with SKY & DVD player, games room with pool table and table football, jacuzzi baths, inviting sun terraces with gorgeous views out to sea, BBQ, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & hob, laundry room with two washing machines & a tumble dryer and maid service. The master bedroom on the top level has it's own, large private terrace which enjoys breathtaking views; the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other! We have installed an alarm system to ensure a high level security. Air conditioning is included in the price. Wi-Fi is available for a small additional fee. Provided for our guests are towels (bath and poolside), bedding, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and the kitchen is fully equipped. The property management company who look after Casa Joy for us is based in the town. The villa gives seclusion and privacy to its guests; opposite is an expanse shrub land and the garden is not overlooked. It is situated within easy walking distance of the town, which has various shops and a tempting array of superb restaurants and bars, and of course a sandy, picturesque beach. The well stocked mini supermarket is just round the corner (5 minutes walking distance) and the large supermarket (Intermarche) is a 5 minute drive away.


Location: In a prime location in Carvoeiro just 7 minutes walk from the main restaurants and beach. The villa fronts open grassland, with sea views at the rear. It is in a very quiet road and sits behind electric gates and is surrounded by mature gardens with spectacular trees and shrubs. About the Algarve: The Algarve is the most southern region of Portugal and it's one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations well known for glorious year round sunshine and excellent sandy beaches. About Carvoeiro : Carvoeiro has an impressive array of high quality restaurants, bistros and friendly bars. The nightlife in Carvoeiro is not traditionally known as the ‘Ibiza’ of the Algarve, but the town is very much alive at night. There are a number of bars and restaurants located around the beach where you can enjoy watching the sun go down over the Atlantic. ‘Restaurant Hill’ – 10 minutes walk from CasaJoy – has good restaurants abound, to suit any taste and pocket. These include; Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, French and of course traditional Portugese. The many Portugese restaurants serve a wide range of traditional dishes such as cataplana, feijoada and chicken piri piri, so do try something different during your stay.
