About this property

On Golf Course with Scenic Mountain Views

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit is located on the 4th tee of the Skyland golf course with incredible mountain views from every window. Mt. Whetstone anchors the view of the mountains from from picture windows on the backside of this unit, while Mt. Crested Butte looms large from the master bedroom window.

In winter it is a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Crested Butte. Park FREE at the visitor’s center, take the FREE shuttle (it runs every 15 minutes) to the Mt. Crested Butte ski area. The location on the golf course makes for a winter wonderland, with scenic winter views of Mount Whetstone over the snow covered golf course.

For summer visitors we are located close to hiking and mountain biking, with easy trail access from our Skyland community.

The spacious lower level entry has ample storage for coats, boots, and hiking equipment plus a bench adjacent to the closet. This level contains a bedroom with a connecting bath, a Jacuzzi tub/ shower combo while the other bedroom serves as a den with a very comfortable sleeper sofa, computer desk and TV. Next to this room in the entry hallway is a bath with a shower. Both bedrooms open to a back porch overlooking the golf course. The washer and dryer, located on this level, are available to our guests.

The second level consists of the master suite with connecting bath, a well-designed kitchen with new appliances and spacious countertop area offering an open feel as it blends with the living room and dining room. The fireplace and TV make for cozy relaxing on a snowy, winter night. Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows offer lots of light and a panorama of mountain views. Enjoy sunsets over Mt. Emmons from the deck adjoining the living room area.

Great location, lovely home

Stayed here for a long weekend with a few couples — really enjoyed the stay. The home is in a really nice neighborhood close to the town of crested butte. Living is a comfortable spot to hang out, with beautiful views.

Lovely condo with high ceilings and huge windows. Well-decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and seeing the stars at night. Very convenient to town and to nearby hiking trails. Kitchen was well-designed and well-supplied. We hope to come back next year!

Great summer trip

If you love the mountains and golf this is a great place. The townhouse is on the course and has beautiful views of the mountains. The place is not plush, but it is more than adequate and a great value. We will be back.

New Year 2025 Family

Our family of 5 enjoyed the townhome very much. The views from the upstairs living area were beautiful and we appreciated the attached garage and space to spread out. A quick drive to town and 12-15 min to the ski area. We would certainly return.

Master has gorgeous view of the Butte, living room has scenic panorama of valley and mountains beyond. Kitchen has everything you would need. Great space for relaxing and having dinner together as a family after a day on the slopes.

Perfect

We spent a long weekend in Crested Butte to hike and mountain bike ride. This town home was perfect. . Right on the golf course with wonderful views. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Beds are comfortable, good size kitchen and table, 3 bathrooms was great for 3 couples. This home is very clean and close to town and mountain access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great views, Great location

This condo was very clean, adequately stocked and is well maintained. The upper and lower decks face the golf course and are a great place to relax. The club house is close and there is a bike trail into CB. We will definitely be back sometime in the future! Thanks Ken!
