Great setup and area when visiting Crested Butte

Our family really enjoyed the layout and setup of this property. Super clean, great access to the Crested Butte resort less than 20 min away, comfortable foam beds, plenty of sleeping options, and great surrounding amenities in the little “village” of CB South. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

We had a group of six. Everyone had their own bed and there's plenty of common space. The area is very quiet and the neighbors we spoke to were quiet friendly. The second floor balcony is quite nice with a good bbq grill and a good view facing a mountain across the valley.There are local bars and restaurants 2-3 blocks away; easily walkable. The garage was great! Oversized height and no issues pulling in a SUV with a skybox. The entire ground floor is the garage with the 2nd & 3rd floors as the living space. fyi - 18-20 stairsteps from the ground floor to the 2nd floor. Basically 30 minutes to Gunnison and 15 minutes door to door for skiing. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This townhome was perfect for our vacation with three couples and is in a great location in CB South. The kitchen and living room were spacious as well as the bathrooms. The mattresses were super comfortable. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The property manager was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great property with a small town feel

Our stay was for a week, and the property was large enough for our group to spread out and have space for everyone. External parking was a bit tight and limited, but we made it work. Plus we had a garage space to park in. We had a great stay!

We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The steps would be a lot for anyone with a disability of the lower extremity. Construction noise was minimal. Bed was firm but comfortable. Washing machine was helpful after a week of traveling. Everything we needed to cook meals. Greg was super easy to contact and very responsive!!

Beautiful Home in CB South

We really enjoyed this new townhome. The views were great, beds were very comfortable, great quality sheets, kitchen was well stock with utensils and pots and pans, it was very clean and the area was great. The house had so much natural light and was beautifully decorated. We mentioned several times how we loved the lack of “stuff” in the house. Not a lot of useless things taking up space so it felt very clean and open. We loved not being downtown/in the ski area but still a very close drive/bus ride in. Camp 4 coffee was right down the road. The neighborhood was quiet with a beautiful park-playground, soccer, basketball, tennis and baseball. Great place to ride your bikes around since it’s mostly residential. We would love to stay here again when we visit CB. Thank you!
