Luxury upper level condo at Clearwater condominiums on the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks with great views of the lake. $130 housekeeping fee to be left in CASH at condo on check out day, NOT paid to VRBO. Fully furnished. 3 conforming bed rooms PLUS a loft with a bunk bed. One flat screen TV in living room, one in master bedroom, and a flat screen in loft. Fully furnished kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric range/oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Silver ware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, pots and pans, dish towels included. Washer and dryer included. Dish soap, laundry soap shower liquid soap all included. Contact owner for possible boat slips and rates for boat slips. Guests need to bring their own pool towels. 2 outdoor pools (one heated) in the condo complex. No pets and no smoking. Longer term winter rentals are available.

Weekend getaway

We have a family reunion about 10m from this condo. Kids enjoyed swimming and the condo was amazing. My 6yr daughter said this was the best place she had stayed at so far!

We had a wonderful time. We were there for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive with any questions. We would definitely recommend for your stay!

overall our stay awesome!!! The grill was iffy had to light with lighter and wish there were nicer towels and more than 3 washcloths for two bathrooms. Felt like could of been cleaner but overall a nice place.

GREAT CONDO AND LOCATION

Condo was perfect. Spacious and met all our needs. The location was nice and only a few minutes to town. Golfing and fishing was the main agenda and Paul’s place was perfect for us. Great communication with Paul. He answered all our question and concerns. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend softball tournament

Great condo and plenty of room for 3 teenagers and my husband and I. Condo was an only 10 minutes from Ballparks National complex. Downtown Camdenton had everything we needed for when we didn’t want to go all the way to the Ozarks strip which was about 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Even with the cleaning fee issue the host was great to work with and provided excellent communication.

Well-equipped with beautiful views

My mom, 4 kids, and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us in 3 bedrooms and the loft and the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the recliners in the living room. Our favorite part was the lake views from the 4th floor balcony. The complex is well-maintained and has 2 pools. There weren't a lot of boats passing so it was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again.

Fantastic spot

We stayed in this condo for the weekend, as we were racing a short bit away. We were not using the lake. It was very nice, very clean, and quite comfy. The master bedroom was FANTASTIC. The bed was so comfy! Plenty of shower towels, soap was provided and nice. Everything was how I'd want a place to be in, that I can relax in. We didnt get to use the deck so much, but it was also clean and had a wonderful view. 10/10, will be back if we need lodging in the area again!

Neighbors where very friendly, enjoyed the Lake, was really nice to have a boat slip.

Great experience overall, short trip into Camdenton to get supplies and lots of things to do outside of the Lake when it was really hot. Beautiful view of the Lake especially at night. Had a lot of fun and enjoyed the place. Thanks for having us.

The condo was just as the pictures . It was a beautiful place to hang out to get out of the sun and heat for a few hours. It was well stocked with all the essentials. We will definitely be retuning.

We are both Real Estate agents in Columbia MO, about 1.5 hours away. Paul grew up in Columbia, and has been using the Lake of the Ozarks since the 1960's. Ling grew up in China and Hong Kong, and came to Missouri in 2002.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved this area of the Lake of the Ozarks. It's much quieter. You can use your boat without getting beat up with the much larger boat waves in the other parts of the lake. Clearwater is a very nice complex with 2 pools, nice docks, and is quiet.

What makes this property unique

The views are amazing, and the deck faces north, so you don't get the sun beating down on you in the afternoon and evening.
