One bedroom apartment of 40sqm finely furnished, completely renovated in January 2017, consisting of: living area table and chairs, sofa bed (140x200cm) and satellite TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, spacious kitchenette equipped with stove with 4 burners, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots and crockery.
Small but comfortable double bedroom (190x160cm bed) with window and air conditioning divided from the living area with wall and arch with curtain for the door, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink.
Private veranda overlooking the garden. equipped with wooden table and chairs, awning for the sun, communal gardens, outdoor grill.
n. 2 New swimming pools, one of which is for children, in a quiet and completely fenced area.
Private parking upon availability upon arrival. Parking in front of the residence always available.
COSTS TO PAY ON ARRIVAL IN CASH NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:: -
- Final cleaning Euro 70,00
- Tourist tax Euro 1,00 per person per night from 15 years old.
Possibility to rent bed linen and towels, by advance booking at a cost of € 12.00 per person per week or per change.
