LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Directly across the street from Hunter Mountain with views from our home. We are located in Hunter village on main street. You can walk up to the mountain in 5 minutes. Our house has a large full service kitchen, table that sits 12. 1/2 bath located off kitchen. Livingroom has a large screen smart TV. and wifi..A large covered deck off the front of the house with 2 pallet couches to hang on our covered lg porch. Off street parking for 5 cars . Upstairs are 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths and half bath off kitchen . Its the perfect house for a large families or groups of friends! A great location !!! Located conveniently on main street . Huge lawn ! The house set back off the road. Its comfortable ,clean ,cozy and fun.. YOU can really walk easily up to the mountain and never drive, sleeps 17
BEDROOM #1 2queens, one full,, BD #2 a Full BD #3a king BD #4 1 queen 1 twin BD #5 a queen BD #6 2 queens bunked, All bedrooms are upstairs. . We have a strict age limit 25 and older unless your with your parent!!!!! No proms! We have a 3 night min. for any holiday period as well as the fests! We have a lease you must sign which simply states the rules of the house. There are no cleaning fees. We absorb the cleaning costs to offset the online service fee's.
We do not allow large groups of party people.

This home has been in our family for almost 65 years. It is owned by Donna and husband Tim, her sister Darlene and husband Jay. We live on Long Island and ski at hunter often. We really love off season up there!!!
Why they chose this property
We are in walking distance up to the mountain. 5 real minutes that's it. Its a large house that can easily fit 3 families or a large group of fun people ! There's so much to do in this area.
What makes this property unique
Its comfortable, has a large front covered porch that we like to hang out on and watch the travelers pass by , Across the street is the river which is fun to explore. Real 5 min. walk up to mountain! You see the Hunter slopes from the front porch. Ols school ski house with a great location!
