Inside, the home features two inviting family rooms, bottom-level bedrooms including a primary with ensuite, and an incredible top-floor primary suite with a loft area, flat-screen TV, desk, king-size bed, spa-like bathroom, and private screened-in porch. The open, airy interior is beautifully decorated and perfect for entertaining. The front garden showcases lush landscaping, hardscaping, and a tranquil pond. Head up to the rooftop deck for sunbathing, sunset cocktails, or morning coffee. Park and walk everywhere—this quiet South Rehoboth location is just a short stroll to the beach, boardwalk, Rehoboth Ave, shops, and dining. Additional features include a private driveway for two cars, canal views, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, rooftop terrace, bottom-level bedrooms, and an electronic keypad for easy check-in. This home rents Saturday to Saturday, with no pets and no smoking allowed. Linens are not provided, but a rental package is available; every bed includes blankets, pillows, and mattress pads.

The house was beautiful and just a few short blocks from the beach! Beautiful outdoor decks and a rooftop tech overlooking the neighborhood. Great water pressure in the showers too!

The location was great. 10-15 minute walk to beach and restaurants. The master suite was great. The patio and courtyard was beautiful. A few things needed updating and fixing but overall the house was in good condition.

Great house for varied group

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was very comfortable and flexible for both when we had just 2 people and when we had 10. Easy walk to both beach and town and nice quiet neighborhood. House has many great spaces--indoors & outdoors--that suited all of our different needs.

Peaceful week at the beach

We spent a week in this beach house with extended family. The house is very spacious and has everything you would need. It was perfect for our group as everyone had their own space. This location is perfect, three blocks from the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area and arcades. The house is walking distance to all sorts of great restaurants. Walking in the neighborhood was very nice and safe. Management was very responsive to any problems we encountered.

June Vacation

Very comfortable and well appointed home with a good location and perfect for our family of 5. Lovely porches and a community playground right off the back of the house which the toddler grandson enjoyed. A few quirks such as a stuck drawer in the kitchen, dishes left in the dish washer and toilets that ran off and on through the day. Otherwise an enjoyable stay for all.

Great place and great location.

We had a great time at this place. Comfortable spaces and beds, out back was close access to two playgrounds, and the turtle bridge. Close to everything in Rehoboth. We had some issues with the stove and grill not working which hindered cooking during our stay. They were in the process of fixing them but we were not able to use them. If those were working it’s and easy 5 stars.

PERFECT FOR US!!

We loved the house and property that connects to the Turtle Pond bridge for sooo many reasons!!. The home offered the perfect set up for a family of 10 including us, 4 children, spouses/parterners, and 1 grandson. The 2 living areas and open kitchen with 2 sinks,2 dishwashers, and a fantastic commercial stove accommodated easy prep, great family time at the large dining room table, and efficient cleanup. Speaking of clean up....2 sets of washers/dryers (one upstairs and one downstairs) were a real plus!! We are sports-minded so having the basketball court, pickle courts, and kids playground at the elementary school just across Turtle Bridge was fantastic!! We highly recommend this rental as it allows for quality family time and individual personal space.

Great location and house layout, but in need of some TLC.

Ladies weekend. Fantastic location within walking distance of everything. Quiet, private home with great layout for a group...excellent flow from living room, kitchen, porch, etc. Home interior is a bit dated and could use some TLC. Duvet/comforters all need replacement, did not feel comfortable laying on top of them.

Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood, close to everything

Great location and backs up to silver lake with a bridge to tennis, basketball courts, and big playground. 3 block walk (long blocks) to beach but definitely manageable. Walked everyday with 10 and 12 year old. Close walk to restaurants and shops. House had a great master suite upstairs. All other rooms had reasonable accommodations. Beautiful screen porch out back. Big working grill connected to gas line. Overall house was great and would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend with large group

While The house itself was beautiful, I would not go through vrbo again…There were some issues with the rental communication leading up to the stay and basic amenities not working throughout the stay. There was very little warning that there would be no bed linens, and actually had to uncover that after considerable probing. We also had to a/c in the entire upstairs, and the wifi stopped working the second night, which was difficult as several of our guests were working remotely that weekend.

Thank you for your honesty. Each booking has very clear instructions that bed linen may or may not be provided depending on the property. WiFi can also be a challenge at the beach due to high wind or storms. We are sure this can be frustrating for those working, while vacationing. We always try to accommodate each guest weather they forgot their linen or the wifi is not working, simply give us a call and we are more than willing to help solve any issues that you may be having. Claims of Inaccurate Damage

When we arrived there was a stain on the mattress that they are claiming is ours. (We removed it from the bed when we got there and they said because it was removed it was our fault) They also claimed "The house was very dirty" and provided no pictures of what they meant. We cleaned everything, counters, dishes, no mess. They also claimed that there were stains on the mattress pads when all we did was sleep on them. This is a house that will try and scam you out for damages when in fact there are no damages. They provided no pictures to qualify any damage. Great location - Nice house overall.

Needs work

Great neighborhood and house layout. We arrived to no toilet paper or hand soap in any bathrooms. The floors were filthy. We put the baby down while unloading the groceries and her knees and hands were black. All the sinks were slow draining, the kitchen disposals were loud like silverware was in them. The screened in back porch was covered in dirt. The wi-fi password was wrong in the welcome book. The filter needed to be change in the drinking water from the refrigerator. Closet handles were stripped. Lots of lights out. Could be a wonderful place if taken better car of.

Very disappointing - do not recommend

This was a terrible experience. Nothing in this house worked. Several doors to the exterior did not work, it took 2 days for the rental company to figure out the internet, the front door lock broke, the washer and dryer didn’t work, a window in one of the bathrooms wouldn’t shut, and the list goes on… When I arrived and took my shoes off I was greeted by sand all over the floor. We spent much of our vacation dealing with trying to get these issues addressed. We were never able to get the back door to lock which was obviously a safety concern. I have stayed at dozens of rental properties and have never written a negative review. I am writing this to save other families from staying at this rental. Highly disappointed.

Excellent family time

Property was somewhat tired, uncomfortable mattresses downstairs. 3 blocks to beach; maybe 3 NYC blocks! Location great to an awesome playground near the school, which children enjoyed. Parking for 2-3 cars? We were able to squeeze one relatively small car in driveway but no way could a mini van or large SUV fit. An unexplicable false fire alarm at 3AM was unexpected & awakened everybody. A repair to shower head was done in a timely manner. No other repairs needed. Cookware could have been better - more & varied sizes. It was a lot to pay for quality of property! The week was good for family to get together & cousins to reconnect!
