Living room with balcony overlooking the street. 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other smaller with a shower. It is 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the rest of the city center as well as Pubs area in the Barrio del Carmen. Supermarkets on the same avenue, shopping centers on 2 streets and good communication and access to Beaches and motorway exits Madrid or Barcelona. And 6 km from the Malvarrosa Beach.
