This holiday home is located in Torrox Costa, on the ground floor of a holiday complex with a communal swimming pool and tennis court. The beach and the promenade are only a few meters walk. The apartment is still very centrally located in this block of flats. If it gets too hot, just switch on the air conditioning and enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea.
The apartment is about 46 m³ and consists of a bathroom, an open kitchen, a living area and a bedroom. In the living area you have a seating area, a TV on which you can receive channels in German and Spanish, and a dining area. For example, the kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 180 cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Also here is the washing machine. In addition, this apartment still has air conditioning.

The complex has a communal swimming pool and a tennis court. The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 17:00 in June, July, August and September. In front of the house there are parking possibilities.

The sea and the promenade are 50 meters away, shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached within a radius of about 100 meters.

Es la segunda vez que hemos estado, es un apartamento muy bien situado, todo limpio y cómodo, lo recomiendo para dos personas, esta a muy pocos metros de la playa y del paseo marítimo, zona muy tranquila.

Gemütliche Wohnung in fantastischer Lage

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht für einen Urlaub. Die Lage war perfekt, der Strand ist in ca. 1-2 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Muy a gusto

El apartamento esta muy bien, es mas amplio de lo que parece. La playa a 10 pasos.... un lujo. La pena la tarjeta de la piscina que no funcionaba y nos quedamos sin poder utilizarla, pero al tener la playa al lado no la echamos de menos. Hay todo tipo de comercios alrededor para hacer compras como para comer y beber.

Compleet appartement aan de zee

Het appartement was compleet, goed internet en een uitgeruste keuken. Het enige dat ik miste was een waterkoker en een wokpan. Het appartement was schoon. Ontvangst was vriendelijk, ook al was het alleen in het Spaans, ze deed de moeite om alles duidelijk te maken. We hadden een probleempje met de afvoer, want deze liep niet goed door, maar dit was binnen een paar uur adequaat opgelost. Al met al zijn we er 4 weken geweest en hebben een super tijd gehad. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, want binnen 50 meter sta je op de boulevard met leuke terrasjes.

Wir verbrachten 9 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Schon vom Betreten an fühlten wir uns wohl. Sie ist freundlich eingerichtet, es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Auch in der Küche ist an so manche Kleinigkeit gedacht, die das Benutzen erleichtern. Als Wunsch für den nächsten Aufenthalt: ein Wasserkocher wäre super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nous avons apprécié le secteur de Torrox, un peu moins l'appartement petit et mal insonorisé

Appartement petit, très mal insonorisé et en plus nous sommes tombés dans la semaine des travaux de rénovation du hall d,'entrée. Dans l'appartement nous avons passé quelques heures à ramasser l'eau de pluie qui pénetrait par les caissons de volet roulant. Au total 25 l en 3 heures de temps, certes vents violents d'est.

Offensichtlich haben zu diesem Zeitpunkt Arbeiten in der Eingangshalle stattgefunden. Das war mir nicht bekannt ansonsten hätte ich die Wohnung nicht vermietet. Dass das Fenster undicht war und es starke Regefälle gegeben hat, was für Torrox sehr ungewöhnlich ist wusste ich auch nicht. Die Reparatur der Fenster ist in Auftrag gegeben und ich denke, dass die Arbeiten in der Eingangshalle beendet sind. Schade, dass Sie der Wohnung nur drei Sterne gegeben haben. Wir sind sehr bemüht eine perfekte Wohnung an den Gast zu vermieten.

Alles prima, super Lage

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super und die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter hat auch super geklappt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.
