Beautiful Views From This Huge Upscale Condo on the 1st Floor at Phoenix 8!

Phoenix 8 unit #101 (first floor)...This place is AWESOME!! It is a first floor corner unit that is very upscale. The balcony sits higher than the first floor, so your views are spectacular! It is the size of a 3 bedroom unit, so there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! And, since this unit is on the first floor, there is no need to take an elevator! You just walk right up to the door! SO NICE!!!

You'll love the gourmet kitchen with a huge Viking fridge, Viking stove and gorgeous Travertine floors. There's a wine fridge and ice maker for your use! And, we provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! The over-sized living room has vaulted ceilings, queen sofa bed, flat screen television and a wet bar. And, this is a corner unit, so you have ocean views coming from all of the gorgeous plantation shutters! And, from the living room, you are steps away from a huge balcony that overlooks the pool area as well as the beach. You can watch your children swim at the pool from your balcony...how convenient! And, you have your own private entrance to the pool area!

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with an adjoining bath with a soaking tub, walk-in closet and Travertine floors. The kids will love the guest room with a full/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed! The guest bathroom is down the hall, near the guest bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well for you to use during your vacation!

And, for a larger family or two families vacationing together, this unit can be combined with VRBO#563503 to become a 4 bedroom condo! There is a stairwell inside of this condo that leads to this 2nd floor unit which has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs that remains locked unless you book #201 as well!

Beach Trip

This ground floor unit was great. Easy access to pool and beach. Very spacious. Guests above us were loud a couple of nights but other than that our stay was very enjoyable. Washer/dryer closet was tight - no extra room.

We (3 of us - my husband, me, and our daughter) stayed, and there was plenty of room for all of us! In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a twin top and a full bottom, and another twin across the room. The master has a king bed with plenty of walking room, so there's ample space for a pack-and-play or a bassinet. The master had a soaker tub inside with jets, but once you fill it up, you will feel the water turning lukewarm, so tip: run all the hot water first; the hot water takes only about 30 minutes to heat back up. The guest bathroom is not a soaker tub, but it is still big enough for my 9-year-old to play in. Washer and Dryer are stacked - small but powerful little booger! Great for washing beachwear while you're at lunch, and having it done for afternoon beach time! The living room has a three-seater couch and two recliners - A on the decor by the way! There were some books and other small things the host provided, just the sprinkles on the ice cream for us. So even though you are at the beach and you're on vacation - HELLO to the kitchen, it is really a baker's dream, everything was so handy and clean. Industrial style fridge! The back patio is great, but the view is to die for! The personal access to the pool we loved! The private access to the beach - a mermaid's fantasy! The condos do have a pay-to-park fee, but honestly, it was worth it - the staff was so helpful! It was very safe and clean! 10/10 Recommend!

Great condo!

Being located on the first floor was great. The balcony is huge and has a private gate to access the pool and beach. The whole place was clean and quiet. The matress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo and Location

Early May is a quiet time in this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the unit, the porch, and the beach! Easy access on 1st floor is great and although the first floor is not the best view for the beach due to sand dunes, we could still the the coastline and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Great place

Easy access to outside pools and beach. Very easy to load or unload to condo. If other renters is staying in the above floor you do hear them some, but it was no problem. Would be great for 2 families to rent the upper and lower condo at same time due to the stairs inside condo. The bed is little stiff so bring extra pillows. Overall great time!

Spring break beach vacay

This condo was great for us. We have two kids so the bunk room was perfect. Great kitchen with good quality appliances and well stocked with utensils and such. Tons of storage throughout. We loved being on the ground floor because we had easy access to pool and beach off the back deck. I actually thought the section of beach right in front of phoenix 8 was the best. Great location as far as grocery store, liquor store, and some good restaurants. Master bed was squeaky

This condo was beautiful. We had never stayed on ground level and it was great being so close to pool. But it was also very loud, we barely got any sleep due to noise outside and trash coming down from above. The condo could have been cleaner and have more kitchen cookware. Overall, we had a great time! The beach was great!

Awesome location and amazing views. Just like pictures. Condo could use some appliance upgrades-stove wasn’t in great shape. All appliances just needed to be replaced as they’ve been heavily used. Otherwise we absolutely loved this condo and the ease of being on ground level. The beach was breathtaking!

The condo was very nice. We did get some ugly stairs when we visited the pool. We over heard a man saying that he was gonna talk to the association about us. We were the only black people at the pool. It amazes me that in 2023 we are still dealing with ignorance.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful! When we arrived we went to the main building next door and got our parking pass. Loading and unloading was a breeze! You can back right up to the gate by the bedroom door. The back patio leads right to the pools/ocean. The condo was exactly as pictured and nice and clean! There’s a Walmart right up the road we went to for groceries. Also restaurants and souvenir shopping near by. After dinner time the pools cleared out and most nights my children had the pools all to themselves. Communication with the property management before and during our stay was great! Always making sure we had what we needed and that everything was going well. Will definitely be coming back soon!
