Housing in residence, very quiet located 500 m from the village center and 3 km from the sea, accessible by road and bike path (2 bicycles available (Man and Woman), private garden with trees.
Equipment: TV 16/9 with Usb, in dining room, downstairs bedroom, loft bedroom. Wifi Internet access and / or RJ45 cable (standard).
Pool in residence, open from June to September. Access by badge (provided for the stay). House overlooking pedestrian plaza.
Rental located in the residence 'Les Cabrols'
Rental for up to 6 people including 2 children maximum.

Tariff conditions exclusively for low season period (from mid October to mid December, from January to the end of March) - If rental 2 weeks, 50 € discount on the stay. - If renting 3 weeks (ex Balaruc spa baths) 120 € discount on the stay. - In low season, possibility to rent on n days (3 days minimum), change the days of arrival and departure, (subject to availability). Arrival any day of the week, departure any day of the week, the rate being prorated by the number of days. (45 € / day, decreasing price from 6 days).

Séjour à Vic la Guardiole

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Monsieur Gangneux . (propreté, agencement, équipement ...) Ce gîte, d'autre part, est très bien situé et permet de sillonner dans les environs qui sont très beaux. Il est localisé à une demie heure de Montpellier ce qui permet de profiter également de cette ville très vivante et très belle du point de vue architectural. Nous reviendrons :-) Françoise et Dominique

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles sah so aus, wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Nous étions déjà venus en 2014, et une fois encore nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est toujours très propre, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. L'emplacement est très calme et proche de la mer (env. 15mn à vélo)....Bref idéal pour se reposer !!! De plus les propriétaires que nous avons croisés à notre arrivée sont charmant.

Accueil très sympa du gardien, personne très agréable Tout est conforme à la vidéo mise sur Internet, mignon tout plein, bien situé sur une placette avec des arbres donc beaucoup de chance car les maisonnettes sont parfois trop accolées ou devant les parkings ce qui n'est pas le cas pour cette location ; jardinet plaisant, propreté du logement. Je ne vois pas de point négatif sauf peut-être le "interdiction de fumer" qui nous tout de suite paru un peu "abrupt" mais qui reste un détail ..., il existe des logos plus cools pour les arrivants fumeurs. Avec de bonnes prestations le ménage en partant fut facile et rapide Donc, très contents, belle région, deux vélos à disposition, espérons y revenir Allez y les yeux fermés..... Logement conforme aux photos, très propre, fonctionnel, bonne literie. Pas de vis à vis. Très bel accueil...:) Les 2 vélos disponibles sont appréciables. Environnement calme. La piscine est très bien pour nager ou pour que les plus jeunes barbotent. La plage à vélo est à 15-20 min via une piste cyclable. Le propriétaire est venu nous saluer très sympathiquement. S'il y a un point peut-être à améliorer, ce serait le prix du ménage (par rapport à la superficie du logement). Nous recommandons ce logement très fortement et avons passé d'excellentes vacances !!

Un séjour parfait

Location soignée et bien entretenue, la description et les photos correspondaient bien à ce qui était précisé sur internet. La région est magnifique et bien ensoleillée Le seul bémol concerne le mur contigu à la maison voisine. Il serait peut être judicieux de prévoir un isolant sonore car la nuit tous les moindres bruits sont amplifiés !

"Jolie villa extrêmement bien équipée, meublée et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Située dans un coin très tranquille de la résidence! la sortie donne sur une petite place très tranquille pas accessible aux motos et voitures! La piscine est toute proche. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et souhaitons y retourner en 2013!"
