Great location for all the tourist spots with train stations close. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Communication and check in/out was easy with the host. We travelled as a family of 4 so needed to use the pullout couch. The mattress in the couch was in very poor shape. However, there was a large air mattress in the closet we used instead for the kids. We were prepared for the stairs due to the reviews of others. We enjoyed our stay in Paris.

Great central apartment for our family of 4. There are a lot of stairs which was fine for us. We were there during an extreme heat wave. We had our windows open but the neighbors were very loud until late. Once we shut the window and turned on their powerful fan, we were fine. We would stay there again.

We stayed in this apartment for 19 days. We love the location, Île Saint/Louis is centrally located and right next to Île de la Cité. We found plenty to do, places to eat and shop in just the two islands. To safe your energy for the stairs to apartment, we suggest using the Botobus to get to other museums and arrondissement. We will miss Paris and Le Chic Appartement 🥂

Perfect location, comfortable setting. We felt like we were at a friend’s apartment. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Towel warmer was a treat. Good water pressure with almost instant hot water. Loved the stairs, which we had planned for thanks to other reviews. They were excellent exercise after our delicious meals.

Overlooking Ile Saint Louis

The property has a very generously spacious bedroom, ample closet and shelf space, and all modern appliances throughout including in the bathroom and in the kitchen and in the living room.

Iles Saint Louis flat

Great location but physically challenging to climb to the 5th floor. Would benefit from a more comfortable sofa bed. Great check in and out.

The location was very good. Other options available were probably better value for the money. There were issues with system overload tripping the electrical circuits, and getting the TV online, which is not my forte. Getting help was not readily available.

Fantastic location, fantastic characteristic apartment - lots of stairs but such character of building it just didn’t matter- great support in checking in and support services provided
