Villa 300 meters from a sandy cove

Large and well-kept villa just over 300 meters from one of the small white sandy coves that characterize "Marina di Mancaversa", the seaside resort just seven kilometers from the beaches of Baia Verde and Gallipoli. Particularly functional, it is composed of comfortable and bright environments. From the front entrance with a furnished and shaded veranda you can access:
at the independent salon (not passing through) which, with the addition of 2 single beds, turns into the fourth bedroom; to the three bedrooms: 1 double, 1 triple with three single beds, 1 triple with a double bed and a single; to the 2 complete bathrooms (one with bath-shower, the other with shower); in the dining room with a brand new kitchen corner. The structure has outdoor spaces forward and back (both furnished with table and chairs). Present the external shower in masonry with hot water.
Conditions
Minimum stay: 7 nights; from the second half of July and for the entire month of August reservations are made exclusively from Saturday to Saturday; in the off season different periods are granted (even weekends).
To reserve it you need to pay a deposit; the balance upon arrival. A security deposit of 250 euros is also required, to guarantee any damage to the property during the stay, which will be returned at the end of the stay. Linen is provided only on request and is subject to charges. Check-in from 17.00 to 20.00, check-out by 10.00 (in special cases, different times are possible).
Position
"Mancaversa" is one of the niche seaside resorts of Basso Salento. Here the low rock coast, in many places, gives way to small coves of white sand. The sea has shallow, mixed and fishy depths. The marina is located: 2 km from the uncontaminated and evocative Mediterranean scrub of the "Punta Pizzo and Isola di Sant'Andrea Natural Park", 4 km from the famous "Punta Della Suina", 7 km from the Lidi festaioli di Baia Verde The city of Gallipoli is 9 km away. Going south, along the coast road SP 215, you can reach "Torre San Giovanni" (14 km) and its beautiful sandy beaches (including the famous "Lido Cocoloco"). Going further down, towards the extreme tip of the heel: Marina di Pescoluse and the paradisiacal beach "Maldive del Salento" (25 km). Santa Maria di Leuca is about 38 km away. Nearby shops of all kinds: food, butchery, tobacco shop, pharmacy, etc. (400 meters), children's playground, walking area (Piazzetta Delle Rose, 50 meters away), typical restaurants with meat and fish (200 meters), lounge bar (200 meters); bike-scooter rental, shuttle service (night life, beach party / Baia Verde, beaches during the day and tourist destinations). The distance from the sea is 300 meters (low rock with a cove of fine white sand) shallow waters: it is ideal for families. In summer we organize events and festivals that attract the many tourists who have chosen Salento as half of their holidays.
Equipment
Outdoor spaces of relevance, small garden, double veranda, garden furniture, mobile barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water. At home: air conditioning (in the living room, in the living room and in one of the bedrooms), washing machine and TV. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and pots.
