Stunning Townhome - 3.5 Miles from Disney

A spacious, recently fully re-decorated, 3 bedroom townhome, with 3 bathrooms, this oversized unit is well furnished with your comfort in mind. It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of a Master with a brand new king size bed with Disney mattress and full en-suite facilities, a Queen size bedroom also with en-suite facilities, and a Star Wars themed twin room. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs (Master has smart TV) and DVDs and the twin room has a PS2 available for children. We also have a pack'n'play and a highchair for our younger guests. The carpets in the bedrooms and stairs of our home have recently been replaced with vinyl laminate flooring.

Other features of Benfreds Den include a compact kitchen with updated appliances with a stainless steel finish, stylish living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. We have recently installed a new Whole Home Purifier system. The main living area also boasts a 42 inch flat screen smart television, with DVD player and VCR, and a sound system. Please note that we have just upgraded our internet access to high-speed Wi-Fi, which is offered free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, and waste disposal. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too. Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a small patio where you will find an enclosed splash pool. This is 12 feet square and is a great feature that not many townhouses have.
We have recently had the patio re-surfaced and up-graded the seat cushions on our pool furniture.
