Welcome to Brownes, in Hastings, an upscale boutique development with high end finishes. Our apartment is a large 1 bed, 1 bathroom condominium, with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Brownes is located steps from the lovely south coast boardwalk and beach, and minutes from both Lanterns Mall, and Quayside Centre, 5 mins walk away is the lovely Accra Beach. The condo is very comfortably furnished with all you could need to make your holiday in Barbados wonderful. There is a very large pool, plenty of parking, secure electronic gate entrance, a lift, a gym, and a large gazebo including a bar-b-q for your use. Plenty of pool furniture and umbrellas allows you to enjoy the Barbadian sunshine, or simply relax in the shade.
Full size sliding doors open to allow cooling breezes into the apartment from both the lounge and bedroom. Ceiling fans keep the air flowing, and a/c is provided in the both the bedroom and the lounge should you need it. We are located on the 3rd floor, so have great views towards the sea and beach. The complex has a secure code entry electronic gate, with coded access to the lobby.

We are lucky to live on the west coast of Barbados, and wanted a weekend retreat, Brownes was in an ideal location, with great amenities and makes us feel like we are on holiday ourselves when we get the time to use it. We are constantly adding extra touches to ensure when you come and stay it offers everything you would need.
Why they chose this property
We are in a great location, just a few minutes from the main south coast road, but ensuring peace and quiet. The apartment has everything you would need, and if you find anything that is not as expected we are a mere phone call away. Full internet, TV and local phone calls are included in the price.
What makes this property unique
Our condo, comes with a great sized pool 50" long and goes from 4'6" to 7'6" deep, a gym, gazebo and bar-b-q and a lift so no carrying suitcases up the stairs. There is a mixture of tenants and owner/occupiers which gives a lovely vibe to the units. The condos have a manager on site every day, for general maintenance and pool cleaning etc.
