The accommodations were very reasonable while still providing access to downtown. The rooms were clean. We were a group of 5 and the kitchen was spacious enough for all of us to prepare dinner and enjoy a glass of wine around the counter.
The property is clean (I met the cleaner the day I left and she was doing a meticulous job) though very basic, still making it an excellent value rental. There is a shed on site with bikes available although we never got to give them a try. We were travelling with our golden retriever and the neighbour next door must love the animals that come to stay (when they are well behaved) as she always had treats ready when she came out to visit. The yard is entirely fenced in with separation from the front and the back if desired. The apricot tree was a big bonus when we arrived as there were lots that were ripe and ready to pick (to limit those that fell to the ground). Everything went exactly as instructed such that we never actually had to interact with the owners/property mangers at all. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay.
We enjoyed our stay in Kelowna. The house is located just a short walk from the waterfront and down town. The house is clean with all the basics for our stay. The A/C and comfortable beds made for a good sleep even with the summer heat. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We especially enjoyed taking our coffee out on to the small table and chair on the deck in the mornings.

In the Heart of Kelowna
This 2 bedroom was convenient and comfortable with a great patio and yard for our 4 legged family members. We will stay at this property again, Simon and Ray were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent choice. Thanks for having us.
