Holiday cottage a short distance from Aarhus and approx. 50 m to the water. The house is perfect for family fun, where you can play various board games. During the summer heat, the heat pump is used to cool the house. For the children there is a handysit which you put on an ordinary dining chair and then use as a high chair for children. (2E) in bedrooms is a sofa bed for up to 2 people (1,60 x2, 00 m). The mezzanine has two good mattresses, both with slatted base. The terrace and living room overlook the bay. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
