Spacious apartment recently renovated, with new furniture. It has a front terrace overlooking the pool and community garden, rear terrace and large terrace with private garden. Located in a quiet residential area of ​​Puerto de La Cruz, very close to the Botanical Garden. It has a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and shops where you can make convenient purchases. Less than 15 minutes walk from the center of Puerto de La Cruz, also has public transportation and possibility to rent a private garage.
The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for your stay, and bed and shower and beach towels are supplied. It has wifi.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt, wir wurden bereits erwartet.Geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon mit direktem Zugang zum schönen Pool sowie auf der Gegenseite eine verglaste Terrasse. Das Bad wurde neu renoviert, die Küche ist etwas abgewohnt aber mit allen notwendigen Elektrogeräten für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Parken war problemlos auf der Straße möglich da die Wohnung am Ortsrand liegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
