The apartment is very well located, a few meters from the Plaza de Charco, center of Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet street with little traffic. The front of the apartment has a large terrace that receives a lot of sun throughout the day.

The property is located on a third floor, in a building with an elevator. The house has two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a washing machine room and the terrace. We offer a good internet connection and Satellite TV with international programs (especially German). Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The building is very close to the public bus station, so a car is not essential. The supermarket is right in front of the building and there are multiple bars and restaurants in the area.

It is the ideal place to enjoy, both Puerto de la Cruz, and the rest of the island of Tenerife, both for short stays and longer stays.

Great central aparment

It is safety and peaceful apartment with good location (city center, supermarket, bus station). Apartment is spacious (for two) and have a great balcony, functional kitchen (good pans) and enough tableware for two. They provide adequately linen and hot water on demand.Great catch!

A place to live: great appartment, close to everything

The appartment is well equipped, you do not need to bring any household articles from home: many towels (all sizes including dish towels), dish washing liquid, enough toilet paper for day one, coffee filters, a bottle of white wine… were available. Wi-Fi is fast, small TV with satellite is there and books in several languages.The appartment has a roof balcony with some view to the sea (as advertised), location is close to a nice Plaza with many restaurants and not far from city center. The way back is quite steep, for people with a handicap this might be a problem.Contact and getting keys was very friendly and everything worked fine.

Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was very clean and well equipped. The large terrace was great to enjoy the view and a drink or meal. Great communication with the owner. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Super

Appartement très bien fait, très agréable et avec une belle terrasse. Super avec jeunes enfants. Il est très bien placé, on est au cœur fe Puerto de la Cruz, quasiment tout est faisable à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Erica. Je recommande!

L'appartement est idéalement placé, proche de la place Charcot et du front de mer, dans une petite rue calme où se trouve un petit supermarché ! Il y a tout le confort et nous avons passé une très belle semaine !

Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Alles notwendige Inventar in der Wohnung und Geschirr in der Küche vorhanden. Wir haben die große Terrasse sehr genossen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Erica van Nood. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Weniger gut war das Parkplatzangebot; wir haben aber immer einen Parkplatz im Umkreis von ca. 400 Meter gefunden. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alles hat super geklappt

Wir wurden, trotz grosser Flugverspätung, von Frau Erica van Nood sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Terasse mit toller Sicht auf das Meer. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass die Versorgung optimal gewährleistet ist.

Wunderschön, mitten im Zentrum

Wir haben uns wieder einmal sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist schön zentral im Zentrum gelegen. Sehr genossen haben wir auch die schöne, sonnige Dachterrasse. Wenn sie nächstes Jahr noch frei wäre, hätten wir sofort wieder gebucht.

Große Wohnung im Zentrum

Zentral, groß, ruhig

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Puerto, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, weniger Minuten bis zum Wasser, Busbahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Man findet in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht und hat genug Platz. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und werden wir weiterempfehlen!

Zentral und doch ruhig

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Es gibt auch WLAN in der Wohnung (objektbeschreibung ist nur LAN angegeben). Küche ist gut ausgestattet . Würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Ruhige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die große Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen: in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Busbahnhof, einem großen Supermarkt, der Altstadt und dennoche ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Die Dachterasse ist das besondere Highlight. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, war aber noch ok. Eher spartanisch ist das Badezimmer: Die Dusche spritzt in alle Richtungen, die Toilettenspülung lässt sich nur über die Wasserzuleitung stoppen... Sehr gut hat die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktionniert.

we enjoyed our stay

The apartment is a bit outdated (70-ties), however very well equipped kitchen, beds are ok, very nice and spacious balcony and a lot of room for 2 persons. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the centre, bus station, supermarket and in a quiet street. Minor point was the smell in the beginning and a lack of a air-conditioning and wifi. Overall we are satisfied with our stay at this apartment in Puerto de la Cruz

Séjour agréable et sans surprise

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette appartement. Aucune surprise. Les photos correspondent exactement à la réalité. Niveau localisation, il est très très proche du centre ville et dans une rue peu passante. Supermarché en bas de l'immeuble, très pratique. Un appartement avec du charme dans un immeuble très propre. Vue bien dégagé sur la terrasse. Pour garer la voiture, des possibilés pour trouver une place dans les environs (max 10min à pied de l'appartement).

Schöne große Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und praktisch und es gibt richtig viel Platz. Wir konnten jeden Morgen frühstücken auf die große Terasse von wo man sogar auf das Meer gucken kann. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten waren gut und auch die Lage war top, super nah am Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich um die Ecke und einen Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Der Empfang durch Erika hat super geklappt, danke für den Wein und die Bananen! grand, central, mais au calme

Tout a été agréable depuis le début: connection facile avec Erica, qui est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport, appartement à deux pas de la place Charco,mais très calme, spacieux, plein de placards, du linge de toilette et de cuisine à profusion,et une grande terrasse avec vue de côté sur la mer. Ma demande d'un parasol a été exaucée sans problème: il nous attendait à l'arrivée, tout neuf! Il ne manque plus qu'un aspirateur, plus facile que le balai pour faire le ménage sur cette grande surface, et ce sera parfait! Appartement à recommander, j'y reviendrai volontiers.

Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub in Puerto de la Cruz. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral aber ruhig, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Es gibt viele Parks, Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants.......für selbstorganisierte Unternehmungen steht ein gut ausgebautes Busnetz zur Verfügung, der Busbahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt ein großes Angebot für organisierte Unternehmungen in jeglicher Hinsicht, auch ein großes Angebot von Mietautos ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung selber war zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt und die Buchung verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir eine Flasche Wein und Obst vor, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Danke. Der Supermarkt mit einem großen Angebot war direkt gegenüber. Wir haben unsere Entscheidung diese Wohnung zu nehmen nicht bereut und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Prima Lage!

Die Lage des Objekts ist nahezu optimal: zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Nahe am Busbahnhof, zu Restaurants, Einkaufen im Supermarkt gegenüber. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht, Frühstück auf der Terasse inklusive! Und wir wurde nett eingeführt, vielen Dank! Eine glatte Empfehlung!

Zeer moi appartement, zeer proper en heel goed ingericht. Idéal gelegen, zeer rustig. De verhouding prij kwaliteit is mère dan uitstekend en daarbij is mevr Van Nood een charmante dame. Een aanrader.

Nice Stay

April / may 2013. A nice apartment in the right place, close enough to the main square but far enough away to be peaceful. Many thanks for the help with the booking, would definitely come again. We took my 82 year old mother in law who's been coming to P.D.L.C. since 1973 and she liked it. Best regards Alan & Kath.
