Villa Tica by the sea near Dubrovnik

Villa Tica is a house by the sea on a 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik. It has a private beach area, gardens, terraces, fireplace and parking. Inside there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.


This place is great for relaxing and enjoying in the privacy of your gardens, terraces and beach area. People usually spend a lot of time sunbathing, swimming in the crystal blue sea, snorkeling, fishing etc., but very soon they realize they are located on a ideal position to explore wider area; Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Peljesac Peninsula, Ston, Korcula etc. Slano and Trsteno are on 5 minutes drive so our guests go there for shopping, restaurants, long walks and similar.

Guest access

Villa can be rented only as the whole villa so it is perfect for people who want privacy and quietness away from the crowds. Villa is ideal for up to 4 people; one or two couples or for a family with two adults and one or two children.

Interaction with guests

We are Miranda and Antun Carević, the owners of Villa Tica. We speak fluent English and we can communicate in Italian and German.

We will welcome you to Villa Tica on your arrival and give you all the information you need and after that we will go back to Dubrovnik where we live and let you enjoy your privacy at the villa.

Adriatic Paradise

The villa was very clean. Accommodations were a 20 minute drive north of Dubrovnik and away from the crowds. Gorgeous views set right on the water. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing

Disappointing and unreasonably expensive. Access from main road impossible without violating traffic laws. There are much better and cheaper properties in vicinity.

Perfect place to relax

First of all, we can not imagine, why this one guy gave such a bad rating. We would have given more starts but 5 was maximum. The house itself is a bit old but still in good conditions and provides everything you need. The own swimming area at the sea was absolutely perfect for us incl. dog. Very lovely and relaxing place. We enjoyed every single day (even one cloudy day) and would definitely book again, if we are in that area. Best thing of the house are the owners Miranda and Antun, Many many thanks for your support and your advises. Much appreciated.
