Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great place!

Terrific views of the ocean and it’s a short elevator ride to the beach. Furniture and TV in the living room is definitely outdated but the bed in the bedroom is great! Clean place with plenty of supplies for your stay. First place I’ve stayed where you could have only brought a swimsuit and toothbrush and you would be set.

Amazing Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect for 2. Walking in we could smell everything was clean and fresh. Location could not have been better! Balcony gave a perfect view of the beach and great views for sunrise and sunset. Private beach area for the property was good with chairs and umbrella available on first come-first serve or can pay a little each day to reserve. Perfect way to spend our 29th anniversary!

Get away

Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. Unit was very cozy and comfortable. Bed, pillows, sofa, chairs all comfortable. Walking the beach was awesome although nothing around, it is only a short car drive to entertainment, restuarants, etc. Make sure you eat at Algers on the pier. Only 1.7 miles away, great food, and awesome staff. We had a great time.

The property is under renovation. They communicated that to us up front. The construction workers were polite and considerate. The noise and dust were a bit bothersome at times but overall it is good to see the progress.

This property is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. No need to drive to a public beach access....it's right outside your door! The unit was clean and well stocked. We had one little issue the entire week with the handle on the patio door. It's loose at the bottom. We'll definitely return to this unit!

Fort Walton Stay

The beach was amazing and really enjoyed the beach service. However, we could not turn our air down to a temperature where we were comfortable and there was not a washing machine and dryer in the room. I think that needs to be communicated better with the customer. We had to borrow a fan to be able to sleep comfortably at night. We do appreciate the refund that we received because it was very noisy and we did not have a pool. It was my least favorite stay so far on the emerald coast. I won’t be staying in this condominium again. Thanks.

Ask for current pictures of unit and balcony before staying here!

Construction on balcony was not finished, as promised when reserving this unit. Upon arrival, the balcony was closed off and I was told the HMO had sent incorrect information but they had no where to move us and our only choice was to go back home immediately. (We had just driven 6 hours.) Other reviews mentioned the poor lighting in the bedrooms and I laughed thinking it was unimportant detail. WRONG! We had to use flashlights on our phone to see inside closet., even during the day and only one good light in living area. Beach is beautiful, attendant and chairs were awesome.

This is a very nice property. My only suggestions to the owner would be: 1 - supply one box (even if it's small) of kleenex 2 - a couple of Keurig pods and a bottle of water with a breakfast bar would be nice for those that check in late and don't have time to go to store. 3 - Provide a small notepad and pen 4 - Leave a local network channel guide - I never could figure out the stations. But other than those things, everything was perfect!

Disappointed

This property is in need of a major renovation. The carpet in living room and bedroom not only need stretched, they need replaced. The fridge has rust on it. The plug for the tub lets the water out. The wallpaper is coming off. This is the first unit we have rented without a w/d. W used the laundry room which is 5 each. I could go on. On the positive side, great view and the a/c works great.
