Schöne Gegend, unfreundliche/unkooperative Eigentümerin

Das Objekt ist in Ordnung, die Lage ist toll. Allerdings war die Eigentümerin sehr unfreundlich und nicht entgegenkommend. Die Kommunikation war schwierig und nur durch Nachfragen hat man wichtige Dinge, wie Check-In oder die bezahlte Sauna bekommen. Dagegen war die Frau vor Ort, welche sich um das Haus kümmert sehr nett.

Die schlechteste und unsauberste Unterkunft in der wir jemals untergebracht waren. Alles schmutzig.

UNGLAUBLICH, ABER WAHR...!! Die Schlafzimmer waren im Souterrain, was nicht klar definiert war. Ein Badezimmer war in der 1. Etage. Die Küche war dreckig, unzumutbar. Im Souterrain war eine Dusche, in der man knöchelhoch im nicht abfließenden Wasser stand, weil es nicht ablief. Es gab genau 3 Geschirrtücher und 2 Wischlappen in 13 Tagen. Und pro Person 2 Handtücher und 2 Duschtücher. Der Grill im Garten war absolut nicht zu gebrauchen, weil er dreckig, verstaubt und verrostet war. Der Hausflur wurde in den 13 Aufenthaltstagen nicht geputzt. Im Haus stank es durchgehend nach der Ölheizung. Das Wohnzimmer konnten eine Woche lang wir nicht nutzen, weil dort vor unserer Ankunft ein Schrank noch mit Lack gestrichen wurde. Der Herd war EIN Fall für das Gesundheitsamt. Versifft. Genauso der Kühlschrank mit dem Gefrierfach. Zugang zu unserer Unterkunft hatte ein Fremder. Er hatte Zugang zur Garage, in der sein Motorrad stand. Und sein Schlüssel passte genau zu unserem Flur zu den Schlafzimmern gegenüber der Garage. Im Souterrain, stand (nach einer Nachfrage) eine Waschmaschine. Diese sollten wir NUR in unserer Anwesenheit benutzen, "weil sie beim Schleudern tanzt". So die Aussage unserer Vermieterin. Von einem Wäschekorb für die Herausnahme der gewaschene Wäsche war nicht die Rede. Nirgends aufzufinden. An zwei Abenden ging es in der Vermieterwohnung vom Ehepaar de Fries "hoch und lautstark" her. Am nächsten Morgen "flog" die Vermieterin Celia nahezu an mir vorbei, damit sie sich keiner Rede und Antwort stellen musste. Und das Gleiche am Nachmittag bei ihrer Rückkehr. Und vor 10.00 Uhr morgens wollte sie nicht gestört werden. "Wir sind Langschläfer". Wann bitte soll man dann seine Beschwerden loswerden? Die Vermieterin beschreibt es folgendermaßen : 10 Betten... Das ist verlogen. Eine Pritsche steht gegenüber einer Sauna. Das Geschirr reicht teilweise nicht einmal für 10-maligen Einsatz. Die Pfannen und Töpfe und das andere Gebrauchsmaterial ist das Billigste, was zum Einsatz kommen kann. In der Küche gab es einen 3-teiligen Wandschrank, bei 2 verschlossenen Teilen stand ein Schild: PRIVAT. Es war garantiert KEINE Grundreinigung vor unserer Ankunft vorgenommen worden. Und in unserer Auflistung der Kosten standen 150,00 € Grundreinigung. Und MIETE von 140,00€. Wofür? Bis heute ist dieser Betrag nicht definiert. Wir haben 1.950,00 € für 13 Nächte für eine nahezu unbewohnbare Unterkunft bezahlt. # UNSER GELD war ja schon bezahlt#. !!!!!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gewöhnungsbedürftig die Aufteilung auf 2 Stockwerke durchsTreppenhaus, aber dennoch gemütlich. Schöner Balkon und klasse Lage am Schulhof mit Tischtennisplatte und Fussballwiese, jedenfalls in den Schulferien;)!

Great Stay

It was a huge house with tons of room for 7 of us. We loved our stay and it is located relatively close to quite a few Black Forest locations. We would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay for biker groups

Big house, plenty of room and seating places including ground balcony with grill and high balcony attached to the kitchen for breakfast. large garage to store the bikes. there are several restaurants near by but they are not so friendly and it was hard to get a table, 2 km away there is a great Italian place called Da Rocco, it was easy to walk there every night, Lidl is there too. The house is close to many black forest attractions and it is connected with public transportation if needed. Good place to stay in, you cant go wrong with it, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

Trainingsweekend

Wij hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Vooraf is er duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Bij aankomst goede ontvangst en een flesje wijn van de eigenaar. Rustige locatie. Voor ons een prima punt een onze trainingen te starten op de racefiets. Ook erg fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de garage. Leuk restaurantjes op loop afstand. Voor wie goed, goed genoeg is zeker een aanrader.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen, mit einem kleinen Fußballfeld direkt am Haus. Das war der Renner bei den Jungs. Auch der nette Nachbar war bei den Jungs sehr gefragt. Die Räumlichkeiten jede für sich waren schön und gemütlich. Toll war auch, dass jedes Schlafzimmer mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet ist, sodass man die "kleine Wäsche" und das Zähneputzen direkt im Zimmer erledigen kann. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch ein Grundvorrat (Spülmittel, Gewürze, Kaffee und Zucker, Essig und Öl) war vorhanden. Das hat den Einkauf - gerade bei einem Kurzurlaub - sehr vereinfacht. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das große und kalte Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Ebenen angeordnet (oben: Wannenbad, Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer; unten: Schlafzimmer, Duschbad, WC, Zugang zur Garage, Sauna), verbunden durch dieses große Treppenhaus, das auch Zugang zum Vermieter-Appartement bietet. Das empfanden wir als etwas ungünstig (zum Glück waren die Vermieter nicht zeitgleich da), und dieses große, kühle Treppenhaus und die Lage auf zwei Ebenen hat sehr viel an Gemütlichkeit genommen. Die Zimmer an sich waren nämlich sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Altglashütten verlebt, möchten aber allen zukünftigen Mietern wärmstens empfehlen, unbedingt an warme Hausschuhe zu denken.

Gut aber .....

Haus liegt sehr ruhig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind gross und man hat viel Platz. Die Sauberkeit lässt jedoch leider zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche und das Geschirr waren sehr dreckig. Es wäre gut den Wasserkocher zu ersetzen da er stark verschmutzt ist. Es wäre auch schön wenn man mehr als nur eine Badetuch zur Verfügung hätte zumal man länger bleibt. Das Internet funktionniert leider nicht sehr gut. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin.

Lovely property, poor owner communication

The property is clean and well equipped. Holiday arrangements were clear and straightforward to make. Lots of useful information provided, helpful housekeepers living opposite. Bedrooms are through communal hall and downstairs from living space so wouldn't be suitable for very little kids; our 2 school aged and 1 preschooler were fine. Super football pitch outside property. Handy location for amenities. Free rail travel a real bonus. Less appealing: a mouse in the house made quiet evenings in the lounge rather uncomfortable. Also, the owner told us we would be charged for the repair of a blind which fell down overnight during our stay (reported to housekeepers). We felt it was a maintenance issue which we should not have to pay for, but our disclaimers were not acknowledged. After 3 months' silence we finally received part of our deposit back (after we chased for it), with the message (finally) that the owner believed we were not responsible for the damage, but was deducting money because of how we had chased for our money back. It was all rather strange and left a negative feeling and disappointing conclusion to our holiday.

Ruim en sfeervol huisje

Mooi ruim en gezellig ingericht vakantie huis. Prima om met wat oudere kinderen te zijn, die vermaken zich optimaal. Ruime kamers, goed onderhouden en zeer sfeervol. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, is er. Dus ook in de keuken. Wij waren aangenaam verrast. Mooie ligging ook om te gaan wandelen en zwemmen direct in de buurt. Al met al een geweldig verblijf. En een warm welkom en goede tips van de beheerder en de verhuurder. Klasse.

Ruim verblijf, zeker voor 2 volw. en 2 kinderen. Bedden zijn prima. Keuken is mooi vernieuwd. gebruik van sauna en zonnebank is extra luxe. Klein onderhoud in woning is een punt van aandacht. Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie van 2 weken gehad, waarbij je in de omgeving meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden hebt om te wandelen/fietsen en naar andere bezienswaardigheden te gaan voor jong en oud. bakker in het dorp, Lidl op 2 km. en restaurant in het dorp en binnen 5 km. Toppie en bedankt

Perfecte skireis

Zeer aangename en ruime vakantiewoning. Alle nodige voorzieningen aanwezig. Ontvangst door de overbuur en contact met de eigenares waren uitstekend. Skimateriaal kan in grote garage worden gestockeerd. Skiën in Feldberg zelf viel tegen, gezien enorm parkeerprobleem, grote drukte en lange wachtijden. Daarentegen waren de kleinere skistations van Altglashutten zelf (op wandelafstand), Menzenschand en Hinterzarten perfect om te gaan skiën. Ook het 'Badesparadies' in Titisee, met superveel glijbanen, is zowel voor de kinderen als de volwassenen een echte aanrader. Kortom, deze vakantiewoning is zeker voor aan te bevelen.
