This beautiful six-bedroom Gulf view home, called Sea the Big Picture, offers a sparkling pool, great outdoor space, rooftop deck with amazing views and comfortable living accommodations, all within a short walk to the beach. 1015 Maldonado is the perfect place to create lasting memories!

The open floor featuring brand new wood plank flooring and updated amenities includes six-bedrooms, three-full baths, an updated kitchen and second living area. Two bedrooms have a king bed, two bedrooms have a queen bed and two bedrooms have bunk beds – one with a twin bed over full bed and the other has a full over full bed with additional twin bed. The updated kitchen features granite counter-tops, double ovens and stainless appliances.

Additional amenities at this home include an outdoor gas grill, washer/dryer and complementary wireless internet. Enjoy a game of ping-pong as well as other games at the home. Access to the beach is just a short walk along the walking path right next to the home. 1015 Maldonado is just a short distance from area restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Great place for a girls getaway

We started out with 13 and by middle week we had 15. Plenty of beds to sleep in. The house was very clean, we had plenty of clean towels. Only two complaint and they are not bad. We did not have cable on 2 of the TV’s which one did not work at all. The other did have Netflix. We needed a full size broom but the one there was a child’s broom. Like I said..not bad at all! We would definitely stay again. The property management group were awesome! Loved it down there♥️

We decided to take a chance on this one as it did have lots of nice features and was more affordable than most others. ARE WE GLAD WE DID! This property exceeded our expectations. The location was great and the home was so cozy. Absolutely loved the wood ceilings. Very cool spiral staircase to the lower level where there are 2 bedrooms, large bathroom and a small living area. Kitchen was very functional. Nice to have a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. It's obvious the owner is passionate about making sure your stay here will be enjoyable. Definitely recommend this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this house and it is great for accommodating 16 people. The pool was a great add. Last year, the house had bicycles but this year they did not so that was a bit of a disappointment. The location is great between the beach and the sound since our kids like to paddle board and fish. We had a problem with understanding how to work the AC and our coffee pot broke one morning but Paradise Beach Homes responded right away to both of those issues. This only complaint we had were the rats running around in the back yard and brush. We even found one in the pool one day. We asked one of the Paradise Beach guys about it when he stopped and were told there was nothing they could do about it. Had we had small children with us, we definitely would have considered moving. We will definitely take this into consideration before we rent next year.

Great house, but fees are a killer

Great property, a kitchen with appliances and extras a chef would love. Great pool, close to the beach. We had 10, advertised to sleep 12, could have had 14. Great parking. Great washer and dryer to stay ahead of laundry. Issues to me was with the fees. Fees actually over doubled the price, pet fee was outrageous for two small dogs, cleaning, insurance, management, linen, they all added up. Cost for 5 days was over doubled when fees where included. Had toilet paper for two days, one roll of paper towels, one package of soap for the washer, and two tablets for the dishwasher, seems that a little more could have been left. I paid for 5 days and should have had 5 days worth of supplies to support 12 people. Also I was a little surprised that no one met us at the house with a key and did a walk through to document damage, my daughter had to pick the key up between 5-6pm at the rental office. Also no one called to say how are things going, any questions? We did have a number to call, but I guess I am just use to a little more personal service. But again, great house, family enjoyed it, we were in town for a wedding and the house certainly meet all our needs, wish the house was mine! Great area with lots of things to do.

Stuck in the bathroom

This property could be a nice property IF it was actually maintained. We arrived and noticed a few little thing wrong, but every property has a few little things wrong, so we moved on. After sending the kids to bed the adults were upstairs talking when the smoke alarm went off with a "fire, move to safety" alarm. We took the alarm outside and checked the entire house for fire or smoke and found nothing. We then took the alarm back inside and it went off again, this time saying "carbon monoxide detected, more to fresh air." The pattern of us taking it outside and it turning off followed by us bringing it back inside and it setting the alarm back off again continued 3 more times. We called the emergency number of the property rental company and got no answer. We called back again 10 minutes later and still got no answer. So we called the fire department. They came out and checked the whole property with their carbon monoxide detector and confirmed that the smoke detector was defective. We did not receive a call back from the property manager until noon the next day. We were at the beach and didn't hear the phone ring. We called them back, but they still didn't answer. After the fire fighters visit everyone went to bed the first night and I was awakened at 4:00 in the morning by my screaming daughter. She was locked in the bathroom because the entire doorknob fell off. It took a good 10 minutes of trying to talk her through putting the inside piece of the doorknob back on before I was able to get her out of the bathroom. My normally happy go lucky, easy-going, great sleeper of an EIGHT year old was scared to death by this experience. It took her over an hour to calm down enough for her to go back to sleep. This is not acceptable. The property management company should be ashamed of the condition of this property. The owners should be ashamed of the condition of this property. When we checked out we took the whole list of things needing attention to the property management company. Hopefully they will take care of everything on the list. If they do, this property could be amazing.

This house was PERFECT! The location, the pool, the amenities (there was a wagon in garage for ease to pull items/kids to the beach) The age range was 19-55 and everyone loved our stay. He house was large enough for everyone to spread out. The beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen fully stocked with all utensils you would need. Our only issue was all the burners on the stove didn’t light (it is gas) And with most places now you have codes on doors to get in/out of. We didn’t like having to keep track of keys while on vacation. But other than that, we all agreed we want to come back here again! Worth every penny

Great stay!

My family of 13ppl (adults and teens) had a great stay for Spring Break. Easy check in and check out, plenty of space with a great kitchen and living area. Beds were comfortable and all upstairs bedrooms had a TV. Very clean and well stocked (could use hand soap in bathrooms). Pool was great and the walk to the beach was very convenient. Wonderful property!

There are two refrigerators and plenty of items in the kitchen. My only negative is that it would be great to have had a broom and some spray cleaner. Other than that it was perfect for our needs.

House was much cleaner when we left that when we arrived. Very disappointed in cleanliness and property maintenance.... Great house and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea the big picture is even better than it looks on the photos. The house was perfect for us - 2 families with grown up children. It was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach meant we could pop back to the house when it got too hot. We used the trolley bus to get to the restaurants and bars. The beds were comfy too! Paradise Beach rentals were very helpful.
