The apartment, new, cozy and very well furnished, is located 500m from the lake and a beautiful pedestrian promenade that runs along it. It is located in a closed road, in a quiet and peaceful position, and has two lovely gardens for exclusive use, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. All services (supermarket, pastry shop, bar, bus stop) are within 300m and can be reached on foot. Thanks to the many comforts you have, you will feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and an electric kettle. Tea, coffee and herbal teas available. TV, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
