The villa is located in the heart of green Provence and its famous vineyards, the medieval village of Les Arcs is recognized as a remarkable site to visit and many Provencal markets enhance visits to neighboring villages. One hour away, the lake of Ste CROIX and the Verdon gorges are a magnificent summer getaway without forgetting the sea accessible in 1/2 hour either to Ste Maxime or to St Raphaël.
Visiting Provence is also possible on foot and many escapades are possible and always discover new remarkable landscapes and sites.
For fans of cycling, 'Le Mazet' is an ideal starting point and opens the doors to the Var hinterland of wild and Mediterranean beauty, beware the elevation is invigorating.
The Var is the most wooded department in France and although its forests are of regulated access in summer because of the fires, it is still possible to practice mountain biking in appropriate paths and just as remarkable technically.

Countryside Short Distance to Towns and Amenities

We travelled with our dog as well and were so impressed with the location. A perfect walk for the dog right on the door step, loops right around the town, if you are up to it. Les Arcs has a gorgeous Centre Ville for cafes’s and boulangeries along with small markets. On the outskirts of Les Arcs are larger shops and Hyper U. Fréjus with its beach is 30 minutes drive and just a little further is St Stopez. The house with its fabulous pool and hot tub worked perfectly for us. It was clean and the air conditioning worked really well. Fabienne was the best host everything had been thought of for our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Net huisje.Jammer dat de slaapkamers (op na) geen echte slaapkamers zijn .1 is op een verdieping waar alleen kleinere kinderen eigenlijk op kunnen ivm de hoogte.De andere is met schuifdeuren en een slaapbank.Verder heel goed.Communicatie gaat goed via vrbo. Zwembad en jacuzzi worden goed bijgehouden door de eigenaar

Grootte villa

Wij hadden met zes personen geboekt en er was eigenlijk maar 1 volwaardige slaapkamer in de villa. De tweede slaapkamer was een uitklapbaar bed, waarbij de kamer gescheiden werd door uitschuifbare wanden. De derde kamer was op de "bovenverdieping" waarbij je niet ineens volledig kon rechtstaan en dat eigenlijk maar een eenpersoonsbed telde. De glazen en de borden waren ook vuil bij het betreden van de villa. Voor deze prijs hadden wij toch wel iets meer verwacht

Super séjour aux arcs ! Hôtes charmants et discrets (maison partagée en deux mais sans vis à vis les uns sur les autres). Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée et du jaccuzi et avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊

Je recommande sans hésiter cette location auprès de Serge et Fabienne. Excellent accueil, disponibilité, sourire. Maison très agréable et totalement équipée. Jacuzzi et Piscine au top avec entretien quotidien pr Serge. Merci à Fabienne et à Serge pour ces 2 très belles semaines.

Détente en famille

Nous avons séjourné en famille fans cette belle maison bien équipée. Les enfants se sont régalés avec piscine jacuzzi baby foot, espaces verts. Ils se sont même amusés à la pétanque. Bien située entre montagnes et mer. Merci Fabienne et Serge pour leur accueil et bonne humeur ;-)))

Fantastisch familieverblijf

Fabienne en Serge, de eigenaars zorgden er voor dat we, een onvergetelijke vakantie beleefden in de Provence. Het huis en omgeving waren perfect in orde. We werden verwend door allerlei extra zaken die aanwezig waren: vb. kleine fitnessruimte, een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, meer dan voldoende badlinnen e.d. Fabienne en Serge zorgen voor hun gasten alsof ze familie zijn. Geen vraag is hen te veel. Voor de kleine baby hadden ze werkelijk alles beschikbaar. We hebben hen als een zeer fijn koppel leren kennen. Wij kunnen dit verblijf zeer erg aanbevelen. Topvakantie voor een familie.

Accueil chaleureux et séjour reposant

Un séjour au top avec un accueil aux petits soins par Fabienne et Serge, très à l'écoute et super réactifs face à nos besoins. La maison avec sa piscine et le spa offre un havre de paix pour celui qui souhaite se reposer. Un grand merci pour cet agréable séjour que nous reconduirons très certainement.

14j détente dans cette villa dont les propriétaire occupe les lieux mais avec une discrétion incroyable. Un accueil souriant et enthousiaste. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et serviable. Ma famille et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable. De plus, en 20 min nous avons Luna Park, aqualand, le casino, le village des tortues et bien sûr la mer/plage. Nous remercions Serge et Fabienne pour leur service 😉😎 et pourquoi pas revenir l'année prochaine 😁

Vacances aux Arcs

Superbe maison, très calme , nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaite, il y a la clim, c'est très appréciable. Proximité de beaucoup d'endroit, la mer à 25 minutes, le lac de Sainte Croix à 45 minutes, idéalement placé aussi pour faire les courses, l'hyper u est tout proche. La piscine est fabuleuse, ainsi que le jacuzzi. Serge et Fabienne sont d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. Encore merci pour nos super vacances et j'espère à l'année prochaine.

Une semaine formidable

Quelle belle semaine nous avons passé chez Fabienne et Serge. Toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Idéalement située dans l arrière pays La maison offre toutes les commodites pour passer une semaine idyllique Nous remercions Fabienne et Serge d avoir accepté la présence de nos deux Chiens ce qui est de plus en plus rare... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez vous ...!!!!

Excellent séjour

Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la description du bien loué. Cependant les photos ne montrent pas la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Nous avons rarement vu un tel accueil et une attention de tout les instants. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la villa et ses alentours. Un seul regret devoir quitter à la fin du séjour. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location en espérant pouvoir y retourner rapidement.

Location parfaite

En voyant les photos de la location sur le site, nous nous sommes dit que "tout cela" était trop beau!!! Et bien non! La situation de la maison est excellente, proche de la mer (Fréjus) et proche des gorges du Verdon. Tout est pensé pour que les vacanciers profitent au maximum de l'espace . Fabienne Brao est toujours à notre écoute et répond rapidement à nos demandes. Nous sommes allés diner au restaurant pizzéria "La pinède"au Muy : des pizzas géantes et succulentes. On ne parle même pas des desserts... Bref, une semaine splendide qui restera dans nos mémoires
