Fantastic holiday

We stayed at the property for three weeks, weather was good. Communication with stefina was great. The apartment itself was very quiet and no noise at night,But only one minute walk out of the complex and your on the main strip. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Hideaway!

A lovely quiet complex in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Overlooking the sea and strip. We hired a car, but there are lots of buses to different areas. Would definitely return.

Great location.

Fantastic small complex Los Arcos behind the kiosk on the main strip. Very quiet and never had issues accessing sunbeds. Apartment had everything we needed for our 11 night stay, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable. The apartment was cleaned and bedding changed mid way through our stay which was appreciated. The complex was very well maintained and tidy. We had a great stay.

Location is spot on everything on your door step.

Love the location everything on your door step. Great wee bar at bottom of the step leading up to apartment. Bars are €1.50, sangria litre jug €8 sure you can't go wrong. No need to worry about noise your back enough you won't hear anything which makes this apartment/complex perfect location for your stay and Hassel free check-in and booking was very simple and stress free. Definitely recommend. Pool area was great plenty of sun beds never a rush to get a bed plenty free all day. Pool was great also nice and clean. Our second time staying at complex we really like it. Love that it's so close to everything.

December 20 to January 10

Clean, comfortable,very well equipped property in the heart of Puerto del Carmen on a small quiet complex. We had a problem with the fridge, Stefania had a brand new one installed within 24hrs, brilliant.We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

A Little Gem

On many visits to Puerta Del Carmen when walking along the main promanade we have stopped for a drink at the Kiosk bar and never realised that this little Gem, Los Arcos is only 50 yards and a short flight of stairs behind it. Due to its layout this one bedroom apt gives the impression of being spacious and relaxing. The recently renovated bathroom with its large sink sitting on a cupboard gives plenty of space for storage and the mirror is well lit when it comes to make up time. A few short steps from the spacious patio takes you onto the nice pool area with plenty of space and beds for everyone. The management team responded promptly to our two request for assistance Will Book Again
