Completely refurbished modern apartment, with large swimming pool and toddlers pool, communal gardens in a secure gated complex. 3 mins walk to coastal path and 10 from closest beach. Shops, amenities, restaurants, bars and cafe's all within 5 mins walk. Perfectly located in a quite area but just a short 18 mins stroll along the coastal path, you will reach the harbour & city centre, with choice of 100's of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes & the ever popular promenade market. Also the infamous pink salt lakes with their flamingos are within a short distance. WiFi also included in the cost.

Fantastic apartment and excellent hosts

Gorgeous apartment in a wonderful location. We stayed for 6 weeks and Martin was the perfect host, available whenever we needed him. It became a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely

Gorgeous apartment with lovely communal pool and garden area, set away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to access the town, short walk to a lovely sandy beach, lots to explore in the area. Martin was a lovely host, lots of communication and thoughtful touches in the apartment.

Torreveija stay.

Overall the appartment suited all our needs,had everything you need. It is a little bit further out than we expected but on a good bus route,bus fare only 1.55 cents each per journey which is great. January/ February time there isn't a lot around about that is open. There is an Aldi which is only a 5/10 minute walk away which is handy. Martin was always at the end of a phone for any questions at all,very helpful.

Great hosts, lovely little apartment

First off, I cannot fault our hosts Martin and Romana, who responded promptly and in a friendly manner to every correspondence, answering all questions and offering plenty of useful information both before and during our stay. They were also kind enough to arrange a selection of provisions and treats for our arrival, which was facilitated by the lovely (and meticulously on time) Martin, who greeted us at the airport and safely drove us directly to the apartment (and back again for our return flight at the ungodly hour of 4.30am!). The apartment was well equipped, clean and conveniently located a few blocks behind the beach (a short walk and manageable for a 4 and 6 year old). Good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby (including an ALDI); also within walking to the marina and town centre too. We were very happy with our stay here, highly recommended! Thank you Martin & Romana!

Fabulous stay

Firstly the hosts were very attentive and ensured a smooth arrival / setting in process. Martin & Romana even left some groceries to get us started which was much appreciated. The apartment is bright and modern with air conditioning to stay comfortable in the heat. Kitchen is well kitted out and both bedrooms comfortable. The apartment location is great with shops, bars, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. We did have a car and parking nearby was never an issue. The pool is brilliant, never too busy and in a great sunny position. Overall we highly recommend the apartment for a fantastic holiday.

Great stay in a lovely apartment

The apartment is lovely and is in a nice quiet spot and has a great outside communal pool and gardens. It’s an approx 5 minutes walk away from some lovely restaurants and also the beach and also amenities. Torrevieja is near enough if you want to go in to it, but far enough if you want some peace and quiet. We would all happily stay here again.

Wonderful Winter Break

This lovely apartment was ideal for our 6 week winter stay. The location is only 5 minutes walk to the sea, with local bars and restaurants, and only about 30 mins walk (5 mins drive) from the centre of Torrevieja, but in a quieter setting with pool and gardens. The big supermarket is minutes walk away! Access to the main road is easy, so as we were using it as a base to explore, we could visit Alicante or Cartegena or the Mar Menor in less than an hour. So much to see and do. Torrevieja is a lovely town, and even in the winter, all the shops, bars & restaurants were open. The apartment has all the amenities we needed, and is very modern and light. We look forward to staying at Martin & Romanas in the future.
