Family friendly and central location

We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the appartment for potential new guests. It is suitable for guests with kids, close to the city centre and very children-friendly beach.

Great apartment with everything you need a short walk away. Felt safe to walk around .There was a keysafe which meant we didn't have to carry keys. The apartment had everything for a beach holiday ,chairs games ect and there was a lovely well kept pool. An issue we had was dealt with promptly by the building manager,without fuss which was reassuring. A nice balcony to have breakfast on and dry clothes.Great communication from owner.

Nice bungalow near the beaches and city center of Torrevieja

Nice bungalow near the centre of Torrevieja and close to the beaches. The Apartment has well working AC’s and a modern bathroom with washing machine. In the Apartment there are sun umbrellas, Beach chairs and toys available. Gin was very helpful and responded fast when we had quedtions. We recommend the Apartment and the landlord.

nice apartment but dirty, strange key handover

the apartment ist very nice and has everything you need. but it was completely dirty when we arrived. there was a lot of hair and sand in the bedsheets so we had to wash them before we could go to sleep. one of the bedrooms smelled as if someone had used it as a toilet. the windows and glass-tables had fingerprints all over and the dishes in the kitchen weren´t clean either. so we spend our first day of vacation washing and cleaning. the front door of the apartment is very complicated to open (maybe this has improved now as we had to pay for a locksmith after our departure not even knowing what he did) apart from that we had a good time in torrevieja as the city is really nice and has everything you need for a good holiday

The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our one week stay. The weather was unusually cold and when we arrived the heaters were not turned on. The heat unit in the main living area did not work at all and was scheduled for replacement after our departure. It took all night for the apartment to heat up to a comfortable level. Some of the remotes for the heaters did not work. We had to be careful not to run too much electricity at one time because the fuse box was easily tripped. We worked through all of this and made the best of it. Although the weather cold the sun was shining. There was a nice promenade at the beach that we enjoyed with some shops, restaurants and bars. We had a car and day tripped out into the surrounding area which was fun to explore.

It's not what most North Americans or British guests would understand by a "bungalow." It's a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a condo complex. I stayed here for two weeks, while participating in a sports event in Torrevieja. Ginette ("Gin") is a wonderful host, helpful with suggestions about local restaurants, shopping, etc. Not only is it five small blocks from a lovely sandy beach, but the complex has its own pool. One can usually find on-street parking, but the private parking inside the complex adds a level of overnight security. There are numerous good restaurants within a five or ten-minute walk, many of them along the seafront. The apartment itself is bright, clean and airy (if one opens windows and shutters), comfortably furnished, with a nice modern kitchen and bathroom, and a lovely terrace for sunning or outdoor dining. I seriously couldn't have hoped for more. Thanks Gin for a great two weeks.

Das Appartement (kein Bungalow) ist geschmackvoll und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauber-Herz begehrt.Die Umgebung hatte ich mir ruhiger vorgestellt & dass man am Pool mit einem riesigen Schild voller Verbote empfangen wird und dort nicht wirklich chillen kann, fanden wir alle schade .Die Besitzerin hat sich sofort um Alles gekümmert, als es zu noch mehr Lärm durch Bauarbeiten im Apartment unter uns kam !Der Ort Torrejvieja ist zwar leider keine Architektonische Schönheit, aber hat trotzdem den typischen spanischen Lifestyle Alles in Allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Todo perfecto!

La casa esta muy bien equipada, con todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones. Es cómoda y suficientemente amplia. La terraza se disfruta tanto para poder tomar un poco el sol como para pasar una tarde agradable. La zona de parking se agradece, ya que al estar cerca del centro del pueblo y de la playa no hay mucho sitio para aparcar fuera del recinto. La dueña es muy amable y siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad que surja.
